Becoming Hokage is the main dream pursued by almost everyone but the funny thing is thay here Kishimoto, even has put it into a comic situation, insert an another parallel between Sakura and Kushina. While Naruto and Minato's wished about becoming Hokage is a serious stuff, Sakura and Kushina's wishes about becoming Hokage, even they're in a comical situation, are pretty similar.

Minato and Naruto: want to be acknowledged by the village as a great Hokage.
Kushina and Naruto (comical): Become Hokage!

My thoughts/reactions whilst reading the chapter....

 

+ Hinata stuttering again when talking to Kiba tells me she was not completely transformed by her interaction with Naruto or her battlefield experiences, nor is she super confident and assertive.  This is telling.

+ Jugo... Yeah.  Sasuke's not trustworthy, but we knew that.

+ The flashbacks of Sakura's past and the missing moments of her training with Tsunade were great.  I'm SO GLAD that Kishimoto followed through with Sakura's power and determination.  She is now, unquestionably, the heroine of her generation.  Finally seeing that diamond seal on her forehead is beyond words.  Satisfaction at last.

+ I actually liked how Sakura got so caught up in her moment of triumph that she lost focus, took her eye off the enemy for a second, and the boys covered for her.  It's not only a reflection of how normal and human Sakura is, but a reflection of how everyone, no matter how strong they may be, needs support.  
 

+ Kishimoto has created a new term:  foreheadshadowing.  A badass seal on Sakura's forehead + Naruto's secret fetish about her forehead = Naruto will comment on/kiss Sakura's forehead.  If it wasn't totally obvious before, it is now. 

I was so caught up in Sakura this chapter that I completely overlooked Hinata. Interesting observation, KnS! Some were complaining that Sakura regressed back to her Part One self this chapter, (which I think is total crap), but it seems Hinata has regressed a little too. I know that some of her fans weren't happy with her dialogue. Old habits die hard, I guess.

 

I really hope that Juugo's panel is a foreshadow. As much as I like seeing Team Seven together again, something just doesn't feel right. Maybe it's the way that Sasuke was "redeemed" that's still bothering me. I feel like Naruto still has a large role to play in saving him.

 

I also don't mind seeing Naruto and Sasuke protect Sakura. The thought of it bothered me at first, but after reviewing the chapter a few times, it feels less and less like a moment where she's actually being rescued. Like you said, it's more like she's being covered by her team rather than being saved from a situation that she couldn't handle. I'm sure she would have been able to do something about most of those clones. It's also telling that the Juubi's focus in that moment is entirely on Sakura. Even it acknowledges her in this chapter.

 

We're all anxiously awaiting that foreheadshadow.   A kiss on the forehead would be nice, but I think I'd prefer to see him make comments similar to those that he made in #3. I've been waiting for Sakura to realize that that was actually Naruto for the longest time. The feels it would give me.

Well, it's pretty clear to me that those were just scratches, he has scratches in almost ever panel. In that panell she seems blushing just because the panel is too small and scratches are drawn "bad".
She isn't fangirling :S

And it could be that when Kishi was drawing the panel since its so small the ink spread and it looked like a blush but it's actually scratches.

P.S.  I just skimmed over the posts here, but you can count me squarely in the "Sakura was so NOT blushing" camp.  Based on the tone, context, and progression of the panels it makes zero sense to assume she blushed.  The entire point of the focus on Sakura was to prove her growth, strength, confidence, and equality with the boys.  The notion that she would turn right around and blush at being "saved" by one of them is, in my opinion, ridiculous.  I don't get why people try so hard to find things to worry about or ruin the mood.  Seriously.

 

About juugo, i think this :

from what i can remember of him, he was the most gentle in team taka

i truly think his "sasuke what do you think know" is genuine questionning about Sasuke's feelings.

Maybe i'm wrong, but i think juugo and the others never saw THIS Sasuke, and maybe he's wondering what Sasuke is really thinking about all that, his old friends, his old team, Konoha...

Bolded: Thank you, seriously KnS thank you, its like people in our camp are purposely killing the mood. Sakura isn't going to revert, seriously, there is just too much in these past 3 weeks for anything like this whole dirt on cheek/blushing crap to make an issue out of. Whatever it is, nothing has helped or harmed SS or NS, it has been minimal. Its like people are already forgetting the greatest chapter we had in a while, last week. This one was great as well, again as Naruto complained about it, Sakura said not to worry about it, its over right at the end of this chapter, it resolves itself.

 

The way people are going to continue with this is debate over it, then this goes all the way down until we don't care most likely by Saturday or something, then we get a new chapter and watch its all fine or we get another NS moment. This was again, just a minor insignificant moment, its not anything big like 615, and even that passed, so maybe its best left to each their own, Sakura is not going to revert, seriously the Sakura-Kushina parallel is now a theme that would most likely be carried to the end, I mean come on, last chapter Minato was a literal plot device to advocate this, now Sakura's forehead itself with the symbol is going to be a plot device in its own right for Naruto to most likely make that forehead compliment seriously, its all but the most inevitable of things to occur. NS is still the strongest, where the other ships got nuked by MK last chapter, SS did the equivalent of throwing a rock at us. Nothing has happened and Sasuke has a hidden motive okay, Sakura can still mature to Naruto I mean remember last chapter too, she was acting mature and not all over Sasuke, she stood to Naruto and told him to let her fight, who was she basically speaking up too? Naruto, again that last panel and trade of looks in 631 was enough for me, that one panel sequence alone in 631 is still more important than this dirt/blush issue. Its practically nothing and Sasuke has no reason to go loving her, not to mention aside from the high NS chances occuring, its been looking like its gotten better in these past weeks, think about this:

 

We saw Sakura really good and as we wanted in 631, you really think she would revert over a small event like this? No just no, this event does not change anything in 630-631, hopefully this is the last time I will be saying this, so can we all agree to disagree that its minor and practically should mean nothing compared to what we saw last chapter? It was a team 7 moment if anything, there's just too much good in this one chapter and the 2 previous to let some crazy dirt/blush theory ruin everything. NS is still leading and has great potential in the near future, a forehead scene may be inevitable.

When you think about it, its possible Sakura could of handled the juubi clone herself. Considering she stood there, and we only got her reaction. Naruto and Sasuke responded almost immediately after she did, and in the panel, the attacks were already hitting their opponents. But it's as you've said, it's her team watching her back. They're a team after all so it's expected. I expect her to watch their backs as well since she's capable of it, and people should look at Sakura here. Is she regressing because they assisted her? No, she's actually happy about it, and she's happy she's not falling behind. She can hold her own this time around.

There're soooo many ways Kishi can go about having her utilize her chakra. I mean, the rasengan is a big ball of chakra. It'd be cool if Sakura somehow sharpened her chakra like Kabuto, or made a chakra shockwave. Increase her speed drastically. And I feel as though all of these examples are in the realm of possibly for her.

I don't understand whats with some and the panel of sakura blushing or not blushing I don't see what the big deal is. It's so small you can't really tell and it makes no difference anyway whats a panel of sakura blushing and saying sasuke name going to do with a panel that confirms minakushi/narusaku. Absolutely nothing, I don't like when Part 2 sakura gets compared to Part 1 sakura there is a huge difference between the two Part 2 sakura's personality is real sakura and guess who she acts more of her self around you got it Naruto compared to Part 1 sakura who hid her self just to get with sasuke.I bet kishi is doing this just to make SS happy before getting rid of them. If this happens with just a small panel imagine when something big happens we are going to be in trouble  . And I'm not saying this to be mean its just really 29 pages on that one panel and sakura blushing.

It's the page where Kushina declares that she's going to become the first female Hokage, and it's done in a more comical way. Similarly, Sakura also declared that she was going to steal the Hokage seat away from Naruto and Sasuke, also in a more comical way. That's the parallel that 六道仙人

is trying to draw.

 

While Naruto and Minato were both serious about becoming Hokage and being acknowledged by the village, Sakura and Kushina also had their own, more comical, declarations.

I can't respond to everyone, but I see many laugh at the idea of Sasuke being accountable. I know this is was all joking, but I really was trying to be serious. Will Sasuke be held accountable for his actions? We know he doesn't want forgiveness as just by looking at the last chapter he doesn't care about it. he even says "I don't care what you think of me," but expects people to just let it go.

I am looking at Naruto for this one...
