Biden is not a socialist or a communist neither is the democratic party, at best they are social liberal 3rd way centrist party. Heck I don't think they are even a soft left social democratic party with how they vote on certain issues.

Plus I don't really see how the two parties in america can collapse with the electoral college still in play as America's voting system, making it impossible for 3rd party to take over

Oh Blue, you haven't lived in communism, have you?

The tactics I'm seeing today worldwide are the same tactics I learned about in respects with communism from normal people and historians in our country.

America is slowly heading to that. And the world follows, sadly.

But the communism that is coming today isn't like the old one. It's a neo communism. A techno communism, and it's one far more dangerous than what we've seen until now.

Because it's not done with the help of politicians. But with the help of technology.

Politicians are just the straws puppets. The big players are the ones who hold the most technological power. Because they are the ones who can easily sway people into one direction or the other. Aka see Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc.

Nowadays you're not free to speak your mind because you're easily branded one way or the other. It doesn't matter if it's something that would actually help better a situation.

I don't usually talk about this aspect because I see people around me being too asleep to see past insignificant players such as whoever is president. They are just puppets.

There are others pulling the string and that can be seen from miles away.

I dare you to watch a show called Continuum (was on ABC studios sometime ago, maybe u can find it online, the irony is that it was cancelled, maybe cause it was telling too much truth), the documentary Social Dilemma from Netflix and read about China's social credit system.

Then think about all these at large. And understand where we're heading as a civilization.

Which is sadly not in a good place.

Communism is already getting back imo. But you guys don't feel it nor seen it because you haven't actually lived in it.

Neither have I per se, but I live in a post-communist country, I have been close to people who have and live in the country which still tries to overcome it. Even today when everybody says Romania is so modern... Modern are about 10% of the people living here. Max 15%.

The rest are still victims of it.

And don't get me started with the politicians.

Politics is the cancer of humanity. Until we won't find another system, one to serve the sanctity of life itself in all forms, we're bound to fail over and over and over again.

No matter what system we implement.

And the question still remains, if leftist policies work so great, then why are cities Democrats have been in crontrol of for decades at this point crumbling kitten holes? LA, San Fran, Chicago, and Detroit just to name a few. All of them have had Democratic mayors and governors for decades now, yet they continue to get worse and worse as time goes on. Yet, somehow, the Republicans are the ones who get blamed. Pretty freaking pathetic, really.

Dems are not leftists and big tech is peak capitalism. Politicians arent puppets, but allies to wall street. They are not under the influence of threats, but money. Are you seriously saying being banned from twitter is communism? If you think politics is humanitys cancer, you wont be able to find an ideology that doesnt exist today. Its all capitalism or communism and fusions of those.

And the blue and red team in the us have a 70% overlap, and these arent my words but those of a former, right wing corporatist president. But crime and poverty rate is muchmuch worse in red states. Alaska and some a chunk of the south are usually the worst.

I understood why people believed Trump in 2k16, but those that still do are borderline neofascists. The excuses expired years ago.

For the minimum wage I'm just going to post these videos

Plus I don't see the American left turning america into a communist state, they are more after trying to get new deal similar to what FDR did back in the 30s and 40s

I don't have time to properly reply back, but I do want to point to this

https://drive.google...2uuxrNMBhX/view

https://www.mayorsforagi.org/

From what I have read of that google drive document Biden seems very critical of china.

Don't think I have heard that quote from Martian Luthor King before. I have heard of :You can't talk about ending the slums without first saying profit must be taken out of slums. You're really tampering and getting on dangerous ground because you are messing with folk then. You are messing with captains of industry. Now this means that we are treading in difficult water, because it really means that we are saying that something is wrong with capitalism. There must be a better distribution of wealth, and maybe America must move toward a democratic socialism

Call it democracy, or call it democratic socialism, but there must be a better distribution of wealth within this country for all God’s children.

“The greatest purveyor of violence in the world : My own Government, I can not be Silent.” https://kinginstitut.../beyond-vietnam

Which kinda tells me that he is a bit more radical for his time besides the civil rights movement

No I live in a Post Thatcher Britain which is no way be anything related to communism, where my years in from primary to secondary were under New Labour 3rd way politics and post that was 9 years of tory austerity and now post brexit Britain so I'm unlikely to experience it anytime soon. I have never heard of the term neo communism or techno communism so I can't comment on this (I have heard of Neo Liberalism though), are you talking about this https://en.wikipedia.../Eurocommunism? Because I don't see how America the most capitalist Country in the world is going down that route regardless of which party is in charge.

And the question still remains, if leftist policies work so great, then why are cities Democrats have been in crontrol of for decades at this point crumbling kitten holes? I can't comment on how well these mayors are doing or not, though from what I search up the current mayor of Detroit has an approval rating 68% the highest it's ever been for a mayor there.

Though as for the they keep voting democrats in is probably the same reasons south states keep voting Republicans, tribalism. They will vote the the politician regardless of how good or bad they are as long as they are from the party they support, as they see the other side as worse

This might cause a heated debate or no one will care. The results of the Peru election have finally been declared for Pedro Castillo, the left wing canadite who was a school teacher and described as economicly left wing and socialist (far left if your a critic or some news outlets) but is also socially conservative for his views on LGBT

He won marginally against Keiko Fujimori the right wing candidate, who was is the daughter of former President Alberto Fujimori who is regarded as a dictator and severing 25 years in jail for han rights abuse. She is the reason the result was delayed due to calling fraud at the results.

Regardless if you like or dislike the result dependingon your politics, Castilo's win has been described as a victory against the Peru Elite by some. Here is an article from the BBC explaining the election result https://www.google.c...ca-57897402.amp

Also in unrelated news I meant to post after the 1st of July, in the UK the Batley and Spen by election Kim Leadbeater the Labour Canidate won the and held the seat for Labour. This seat is significant due to it being the seat of former MP Jo Cox was was murdered during the EU referendum by a far right terrorist and Kim Leadbeater is her sister.

Full explanation of this by election can be shown in the video here, which has been the chaotic/hostail by election in recent UK history due to candidates like George Gallowayand local and internationalissues effecting the community.

I will have posted 4 times in a row here now, which I know is kinda against the rules when it comes to the threads. Though I did see talk of Afghanistan in one of the threads so I figured I post this video briefly explaining the history of Afghanistan invasions and why they always fail in the end.

For those who maybe interested while everyone was enjoying Halloween yesterday, Japan was having an election. The Liberal Democratic Party of Japan or LDP have won again, which is no surprise for anyone who has basic knowledge of Japanese politics. Though they have lost a few seats, but managed to keep a majority despite some polls saying they would lose it due to their poor handling of covid and the Olympics and would have to rely one of the other right wing parties.

Meanwhile the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan and other left wing parties in Japan have lost a few seats, while the right wing party founded in 2015 Ishin gained a 30 seats to become the 3rd largest. From the looks of things Japan will continue to remain a 1 Party dominant country and we are unlikely to get a 2009 election or even 1993 result anytime soon.

Here are the full results https://mobile.twitt...04q70S0GIQ&s=19

Former prime minster of Japan Shinzo Abe was assassinated*, from what I understand longest serving prime minster, and the guy that was using anime to tell Japanese men to have sex. His party wins a super majority in a primaries.

The mangaka Ken Akamatsu was one of those winners. His stated goal is to protect their media from foreign censorship.

One of the party's goals is to remove the article 9 of their constitution that prevents them from having a military. To do that they need a super majority.

*The assassin was some former member of the JDF in the 2000's his wife and child left him due to some church he killed Abe because he felt Ave supported that church or something.

They are not going to remove article 9, it's not popular with the public, which has prevented numerous cases of the ldp trying to do.

I guess it depends on how you get your news and information. Polls tend to not be very reliable since the people making the polls tend to target people who align with their ideals. If you poll people in the city you're going to have very different result than if you polled people in small rural towns. But from what I've seen, wokeness is only in the cities. You might catch glimpses of it in small rural areas, but it's not shoved down our throats.

BUT the sources I watch show the left is split down the middle with wokeness. 50% approve of it, while the other 50% disapprove of it. Whereas the right is united and dislikes it altogether.

I'm going to answer this here, while yes you might have a more spiltbon the left on what level of political correctness and women's you should do. They have have soon at least to unite against an extreme canidate on the right that goes too far in being anti woke in some places as the mid terms showed last year.

That's all good and dandy, but my overall point is the extreme levels of wokeness ( All white people are evil, America is evil for having had slaves at one point, men competing in women's sports, preaching sexuality to underage kids, there are more than two genders, putting black people in positions they never would have been in historical shows, etc) are increasingly becoming unfavorable views by the general public. And sooner or later this will not be a topic that can be debated.

Already we're seeing the pendulum start to swing in the opposite direction. Wokeism and feminism have become such toxic topics that their only future is self-destruction. Feminists have gone so bat kitten crazy that they call all men every hostile name in the book, treat men like kitten, complain about their partners on social media, and intentionally divorce their husbands just to take half the stuff he has worked so hard to build throughout his life. It's to the point now that Western and especially American men are going abroad to look for traditional women that won't demean them. Studies show by 2030 the majority of women will be single and unable to find partners thanks to their egos and unrealistic standards for men to live up to.

Feminists are also not helped by the fact men aren't enrolling into colleges anymore. Male enrollment rates are dropping in colleges and universities as men begin to pursue trade schools where they can learn actual jobs that society really needs. Electricians, plumbers, truck drivers, construction workers. You know... jobs women typically couldn't care less for. Let alone want to date someone who has those types of jobs.

Then you have to factor in the fact more and more men are becoming less comfortable around women. All a woman has to do is lie on social media about an innocent man raping her and his entire life is ruined. Before there's even an investigation into what happened, that innocent man is spit on by society and won't even get a chance to tell his side of the story. There's a thin line between flirting and harassment, and it all has to do with a woman's personal tastes in a man.

The reason I bring feminism into this is because feminism and wokeness are tied together in many ways. Women overwhelmingly lean to the left side of politics and are the life blood of woke culture. Yet, these liberal women can't find partners because they want traditional masculine men who are leaders. Well, guess what? Traditional masculine men tend to be more Conservative, so it leaves liberal women in an awkward place because these Conservative men won't even give them a second glance because they likely believe in abortion and have an insane body count.  On top of that, why would a traditional Conservative man settle with a woman who isn't a traditional woman? You can't have your cake and eat it too.

As the pendulum swings further and further in the opposite direction, Feminism will become less and less appealing until it dies out. And once Feminism dies out, so too will woke culture.

As far as I am concern. Bringing up the possibility of Naruto-Boruto going woke is not political.

I see getting political as getting into the weeds or bringing up it unnecessarily. I brought it up as it seemed to be a possible answer to why they are doing tarots. I didn't reply to Bluesabers post because that would have required going into the weeds therefore getting political as far as I am concern.

As seen by people reaction of when I brought up the possibly most on this site do not seem fond of it. which means the term is a good shorthand with out going too much into the weeds.

As Dalton has said a lot of women support wokeism. So a lot of their interests end up being tied to it. Tarots do not end of itself mean its going woke, but can be a sign of it because that what woke promotes because it what western women the support  those policies like. The fact that Japanese companies are focusing on their ESG scores when they really did care about that beforehand is a much larger concern and sign. As the ESG score is how they force companies to go along with those policies.

And how is being anti wokeness in the opposite exterem level going to help, if anything it makes the problem worse with these stupid culture war issues they use as an exuse to cause more diversions and not adress any of the problems. Some people who are woke think that all white men are evil while some see woke as its original meaning of being aware of racial injustice.

You say the pendulum swinging the other way, yet despite that many of those people who had anti woke views lost in last years mid terms. When they were execpted to have big wins, but lost due to there exterem views on certain issues that put of moderates and swing voters who probably wouldn't discribe themselves as woke.

You say feminism has gone too exterm on men hating, some have sure. Though frankly I find the opposite end just as bad or worse in some case particularly those who cry witch hunt on cases where the guy is clearly guilt or shady.

That sounds nore like those conservative men want obedient housewifes who never talk about, never get a job and only purpose is for them to have their children while they will do all the work. Gee I wouldn't blame any women who is even a little bit liberal or moderate to be put off dating a guy like that.

I don't see feminism dying out especially when issues like abortion have now once again become a big deal after the over turn or roe vs wade by the supreme court. Especially when when you have extrismt spouting a nationwide ban, either making the time to allow an abortion to be extremely or banning regardless of execptions.

As far as I am concern. Bringing up the possibility of Naruto-Boruto going woke is not political.

Fair enough, though I think at this point the term woke have been used so much and beaten to death with its use for multiple meanings that discussions around it always end up being somewhat political.

I don't really see naruto/boruto ever actually go woke in terms of its series writting, especially with who is writing it. At best I can see merchandise that might be aimed at some people who are considered woke to be made if they think they can get a profit from them.

Especially when when you have extrismt spouting a nationwide ban, either making the time to allow an abortion to be extremely or banning regardless of execptions.

"Anti-wokeness" is just normal people saying the madness needs to come to an end. Parents not wanting drag queens teaching their kids in school is not "extreme." Parents not wanting sexuality shoved down the throats of their young children is not "extreme." White people being proud that they are white is not "extreme." Americans loving their country and having pride in it is not "extreme." From what I've seen, "right-wing extremism" is anybody who doesn't agree with the left, and it's uniting a lot of people against the left regardless of cultural or religious differences.

You keep brining up the midterms. Alright. Let's look at Florida, what is possibly the most anti-woke state in the country thanks to Ron Desantis. Ron won in a landslide where his competitor didn't even come close to winning. Why? I have a pretty strong bet it has to do with mail in ballots. Florida banned those, as did many other states. Otherwise, I'm sure Ron wouldn't have won his election. Let's remove mail in ballots and we'll see how true a lot of these races were. Because most places Republicans won were places that banned mail in ballots, whereas Democrats just magically got victories out of their asses. And if woke policies really worked, people wouldn't be fleeing leftist cities to Republican towns in Republican states.

As for international instances, Italy is a prime example of wokeness becoming a very unwelcome topic.

You say feminism hasn't gone to the extreme? Then you clearly don't spend much time on YouTube or TikTok where that's most of what my feed is. Women demanding these ridiculous standards that show just how out of touch with reality they actually are. Women that show they were probably never told the word "no" a day in their lives. Women that will happily body shame a man, then kitten and scream the second a man does the same to them. All you have to do is watch people like these to see I'm not far from the truth. Not to mention Andrew Tate and Jordon Peterson who speak out on this stuff quite a lot.

As for your rant about Conservative men, you couldn't be further from the truth. Conservatives don't care if their wife works or not. Some women prefer the stay-at-home mom life while others don't. It's whatever floats your boat in most cases. If the woman wants to work, then fine. But her income won't be something that's towards the front of his mind, IF it's ever there to begin with. You'll occasionally get the kitten who treats women bad, but that goes for both parties, and it's more often than not what women go for most of the time.

Feminism will die out because of abortions. So, please. Go ahead. Keep killing your younger generations while Conservatives continue to reproduce because they don't view abortions favorably unless under very dire circumstances. Conservatives already have the advantage when it comes to this because they're reproducing at a far higher rate than liberals and their fertility rate is higher. Turns out when your party supports gays, trans, and abortions, your population somehow tends to decline. Who would've thought?

Oh please a lot of what you discribe as being anti woke I have seen conservatives take to such extremes, they ban anything even remotely to topics of lgbt+ or race. Going all authoritarian about it the way they acuse on the left, only to throw a hissey fit when their own rules are used against them when the bible gets banned from a school.

Oh yes Ron Desantis the so called canidate who was supposed to beat trump for the nomination is now losing badly against him. Who has little substance and only stands for anything anti woke, that he gets into a pointless war with Disney and goes so extreme with anti wokeness that even some republicans think he goes to far when it damages florida and drives too many migrants and dlfarm workers away from the state. Heck I have seen trump recently mock him for going on about woke woke woke.

So he and other republicans did voter suppression in order to win. There is nothing wrong with having your vote sent by mail, every democratic country does it. Heck I am a postal voter in the UK, which conservatives tend to do well because alot of they elderly voters post by mail. There is no conspiracy behind postal voting rigging elections, just Democrats being so good at campaigning to get their voters to cast their ballots by mail incase they can't in person. If Republicans actually told their voters to do the same, they might do better.

Italy political is one of the most unstable countries in Europe and the world having about 68 different governments since after WW2, with most barely lasting over a year. I wouldn't be surprised if that will happen to this current and collapses in a year or 2.

I'm on YouTube all the time and have seen plenty of videos recommended being all anti woke or against feminism. I even see comments all the time on this or conservatives commenting on news videos that goes against their beliefs or narratives.

Andrew Tate is literally the worst example you could use right now given his ongoing investigation of human trafficking.

Could of folded me with your conservative men looking for traditional women quote. Plus conservatives like Andrew Tate that you respect have stated women "belong in the home", "can't drive", and are a "man's property". If women want to be stay-at-home mothers that's there choice I hold nothing against it, but frankly I have seen certain ultra right wing conservative get upset when they don't choice that, along not having kids or having abortions.

Abortions aren't killing feminism or being the main cause for decline in populations, developed countries all over the world are having populations decline due to things like rapid develoment since the industrial revolution with morden day tech, the ecomic climate makes it too expensive to have children and causes they have made themselves like China's one child policy and Russia invasion of ukraine.

I have seen many of the consertives politicians take extreme measures against abortions that some want to ban it entirely regardless of the circumstances or reasons, it one of the main reasons Democrats won so many seats than execpted and prevented a red wavevin the mid terms.

Also I doubt liberal demographics are getting smaller, given how every presidential election execpt 2004 the Democrats have won the popular vote every time in the 21st century. Plus more young people in the country tend to learn more to the Democrats or at least anti Republican.

Just more proof "Commifornia" needs to be cut off from the rest of the country. This makes my blood boil!

Yeah I doubt california will ever leave or be removed from the usa same with other states. I don't see anything wrong with what he is proposing, though I doubt it's going to pass.
