Because this thread is here for movie news and it gets enoug pages without people now spamming databook crap here. How are u sopposed to ee the latest news about the movie if you have to skip through 100 pages a day??

Those charts depicting the elemental affinities of the characters are interesting. Neji could apparently use earth, fire and water. Guy is fire and lightning. Too bad we never got to see them utilise these predispositions in the manga.

Yup. Definitely an aspect of the manga I wish had been further explored.

i heard the new db will cover up to chapter 691  or so, there should be another one for when the manga ends.

Yeah, it still lists Naruto as 16 while he's 17 in the manga. It couldn't cover 699-700 without spoilers, anyway, since the databook came out today and those chapters officially don't come out until Monday.

For the Naruto cards, they put Sakura's affinity as wind. 

 

Why would they give that to her? Wind doesn't fit Sakura's characterisation or her abilities that well. The only symbolical connection that I could come up with to explain it is that as a woman, their heart and emotions is changing like the autumn sky (to paraphrase Sakura). Wind is the ever shifting, moving currents from one direction to another at the slightest impetus. By that logic, it could make some sense, but it's not the most fitting attribute for Sakura.
