no. but its like it except more intense.

of course we wont know how it is to lose someone like sasuke XD we arent ninjas with powers.

but we could know how it is to lose a brother and do anything to bring him back.

sure we dont have to fight him like a ninja and track him down. but take away the powers and its practically the same.

The aspects of ninja cannot be related to, but the emotional aspects can be.
The point of Sasuke falling into the darkness and Nruto trying to save his bestfriend/brother can be subsituted for different things that relate to average everyday people in real life.

There's a big difference between being romantically attracted to someone and interested in someone, than wanting to personally save that person from themselves. I don't get SasuNaru.

Exactly. It's just that whole heap of devotion that Naruto has when it comes to saving Sasuke. After all, he was one of his first true bonds. It's that huge commitment to saving a best friend/brother that people mistake it for gay love. :|

I know many people say that Sasuke and Naruto bond is strong, but the true is that Iruka in reality was Naruto's first true bond, yes Sasuke is Naruto's friend, rival and was alone like Naruto, but Iruka was the 1st one plus he was the only person that went to Naruto went Naruto was hurt and need comfort.

In real life you don't spend 4 years of you life trying to save someoneq worse been hurt and abuse by that person, and even worse if that person say that he will kill you and all the person you ever know, if Naruto have a familly he will want to kill them too.

Naruto and Sasuke may be fictional character, but that about you doing anything to save a brother that's using drogs don't fit here, Sasuke is aware of what he is doing and he know that he is wrong, and he don't care, stating that you will kill the one and only person that will risk his life to see you save is out of this worl.


People call Naruto's behavior a sick obsession.

Others a great romance story and 90% of the regular fans doesn't understand Naruto's behavior.

Manu Naruto lover hate Sasuke and many Naruto hater don't like Naruto because of his obsession with Sasuke.

Naruto is a great friend but Sasuke is a selfish prick, trust me there is no way to paint thier relationship with rainbows.

Sorry but my comment was not directed at you it was a general expression of my thought about this Sasuke Naruto bond and the importats that Kishi wants to force his readers to see.

But it was shown that Naruto and Sasuke saw something in each other even before the story started (we didn't see that till part II, but still). Iruka was first, but that doesn't really undermine Naruto's bond with Sasuke. It's still the most important bond in the story and, honestly, its been made special.

In a way, that moment between Sasuke and Naruto when they first saw each other and knew the other was lonely was something akin to an acknowledgment between them. Because of that, Naruto can't give up on that person he saw back then.

sasuke and naruto had something in common....so they understood eachother the most

plus they were the same age with made it more special. it was naruto's first friend. iruka was his guardian and hes bond is also important.

but hes more of the strict teacher, that bought naruto ramen time to time. sasuke was the friend/brother that he went on missions with and supported eachother

Yeah, that's the only thing that sours for me about Naruto's character. And yep, its getting really closer to a very unhealthy obsession. Hopefully, someone, most preferably Sakura, would try to reason with him about all of this and get Naruto to try to look at the future ahead and get him to see that he has something worth living for and not dying due to Sasuke.

Though, I think the whole "we're going to die together" part is hopefully, if Naruto is going down dying, he's taking Sasuke down with him.

I have nothing against SaSuke character by itself is only about the Naru Sasu bond and the Sasu Saku reletionship. By reading Fanfiction my hate towards him has decrease a little.

The problem I have is that peoble fail to see that Naruto is a great person and Sasuke is an idiot, the bond is there because of Naruto. Why I will always say Iruka because he look up for Naruto and Naruto look up to him. They respect each other.

You see my post is strictly about how negative Sasuke is towards a great hearted person that Naruto is, everyone say the bond, the bond, Naruto alone is responseble for that bond Not Sasuke. Sasuke is a selfish person that in all the manga existence as been nice to Naruto maybe 10 times and an idiot to Naruto 50 times, another problem is the way how Naruto go out of his way for Sasuke to acknowledge him and what he get in return, thats another problem and what make it worse is when people use the excuse not thinking and all the sacrifice Naruto do with his patience pride and great heart.


You see Acknowledgment between two person and understood eachother is not the same of great bond, a great bond mean a great frendship one where the person will always be there for you and you will always will be there for them, respect and trust is the start of a great friendship and a strong bond.

There has been three events where I see a nice freindship between them and at that time I really like Sasuke character.
The Haku, climbing the tree and the Gaara event.

But know I hate him because of what he did to Sakura, Naruto; Kakashi and Karin.
Honestly I will accept when people say good thing about is roll on this manga, but the good friend part men that's pathetic.

well....actually i dont think hes obsessed with him anymore.

before naruto would try to defend him and say sasuke wouldnt do that kind of thing and even get mad at anyone that tried to kill him

but after sasuke tired to kill sakura

he says he wont defend him anymore. sure he wants him back still, but this time he rather fight then talk it out. and refuses to die by him. and if he is gonna die hes taking sasuke with him.

i think hes gotten better.

Not as much as he was, though. It's more of, if you attack the village, I'm gonna have to come after you than "OMGZ TEAM 7 MUST BE AGAIn! LYKE SAKURA YOU LOVE SASUKE AND KAKASHI OMGZ" Sorta like how he was until that reunion chapter..
