I think its always funny to see people react on chapters like that. Best example: chapter 615 thread with over 100 pages.
Why di we have to play this game again and again everytime hinata shares a moment with naruto?

Just think about it. How often did hinata show up during part 2? If i think back it was the short moment when sai appeared the first time, itachi search arc, pain arc and now the war arc. Remember that this have always been extremly short moments and now in the current arc she gets her final development and a little more screentime as usual and everybody is going crazy.

Sakura was by narutos side during nearly the whole part 2 and had a lot of development with him. We also got a lot of parrallels and hints, but as soon as hinata gets a moment everybody seems to forget this.

Question yourself this:
If he really wanted to make NH canon, why didnt he focus more on naruto and hinata during the whole manga instead of sakura?
Why not throw in some parrallels for hinata?
Why make a movie focused on NS?

Some people argue, that this movie is some kind of consolation prize for NS, but i dont think thats true, because the movie also confirms the minato kushina parrallel again, as example with sakura chained the same way as kushina. Why should kishomoto show again that sakura is like kushina after her words to naruto to find someone like her, if that movie was just ment as a consolation prize. I will laugh when Kishi trolls NH fans for the third time with another NS moment.

The next thing we have to ask ourself is: What would be the sense of making NH canon now, if we still have over 1 1/2 years to go? Theres just no use for it. It would only block the story. The love triangle wont be resolved, sakura ends up alone or with an abusive guy who tried to kill her. There wont be any drama during the naruto and sasuke fight, because we already know that naruto is with hinata.

The story would end with sakura still loving sasuke, since chapter 3, naruto didnt get the girl hes been chasing after since chapter 3, the whole lovestory between naruto and sakura was useless, the parrallels were useless, kushinas words were useless, sakuras slow change of her feelings was useless and yamatos statement was also useless. In the end the whole dramatic lovestory kishi has been building was useless and had no happy end.

Thats the reason why i see this as hinatas final character development and nothing more. The main charactet gets paired in the end of the manga, so u dont see any reason to worry. Naruto didnt even show a sign of interest in hinata, so why dont we just wait and see if kishi destroys his story with an undeveloped pairing or if he sticks with the pairing that supports the story and characters.

THIS^ EPIC post Phoenix. NH and some NS fans seems to forget the entire NS development done all over the manga, disregarding it with one chapter and a few panels. They think that's enough to destroy the develop pairing while opposite fandoms declare their pairing canon with only one chapter and absolutely no development done to the NH pairing.

if i don't mistake, kishi said in a special interview inclunding the special DVD of the chapter out in summer, that all the evidences scattered in the manga will have sense at the end... I hope they include NS too, otherwise it would be just contradictory with his interview at my eyes.

He said that? Even more interesting. Judging from his office, he seems to have his books that has development data for many characters. Perhaps he really does remember, if not, he has a book to check back. Somehow, the flashback from part 1 does show that he does remember and it will finally come in full circle. If he really means that, then Sakura's feelings is definitely one of them, especially he's the one to say, "Sakura seems to love Sasuke still. Naruto is close."

This is my memory of the times Naruto interacted with Hinata:

1) Chunin exams (written section): she tries to let him cheat, he say no. (1 chapter)
2) Chunin exams (preliminaries): Naruto cheers her on to fight Neji (1 chapter)
3) Chunin exams (finals): Hinata says hes a proud failure (1 chapter)
4) Sai arc: they meet again, she faints (1 chapter)
5) Itachi arc: they look for Itachi (many chapters, but interaction is minimum and all business)
6) Pain arc: She confesses (1 chapter)
7) War arc (fighting Zetsu): He encouraged her (1 chapter)
8) War arc (fighting Juubi): She encouraged him (1 chapter)

And now they're in love? No, just no.

Exactly, but people here are ill-tempered at the fact Hinata holding Naruto's hands means a lot. When actually, it means nothing as long as Naruto does not harbor any romantic feelings for Hinata.

It was already discussed so many times, Mina/Kushi and Naru/Saku parallel is already canon, and the NH is treatened because of it they want to destroy this parallel
the movie and their personalities enforce it.
hinata is not a tsundere, she never can be like Kushina never.

Neji's sacrifice completely destroyed the argument of them that is "Hinata is the only one who sacrificed for Naruto" Neji showed that both sacrifices is because they are friends and his life is important for everyone the same way everyone's lives are important to him.
