I am just wondering some things and talking possibilities for this werdness bc COME ON! You've got to admit that this is weird like hell! True, maybe but WEIRD!

Alright guys, let's have a nightly challenge!

Who can give Hinata a better character development in the fewest sentences possible?

Mine:

Hinata came up to her crush Naruto, she was carrying a scarf in her hand. The scarf was meant to be a gift for the boy she loved. "I made this for you," she said. "Thanks, Hinata, it will go great with the clothes Sakura got me!," then Naruto ran off. It was then Hinata realized she would always be second to Sakura and moved on.

Boom. More character development in 6 sentences than Kishi gave her in 700 chapters.

Mine: 

 

Hinata realized that Neji was willing to give his life away for her and she realized that there's a bigger picture than Naruto. In fact, she needs to be willing to give away her life for the sake of Konoha and the Ninja world. She then goes back to Hanabi after the war and becomes her new "Neji", promising to protect her clan and making sure that they become the Ninja World's armor. 

 

Now, that, is character development.

Yeah, I think we are all just circling around the consensus that this is the stupidest and weirdest thing we have ever seen/read

Guys, I just don't understand how/why Kishi is doing this. For almost every other big-change plot-point he would always provide more than just two measly chapters of building up what's going to happen. In the last chapter, Naruto and Sasuke are lying in pools of their own blood with their arms gone. Their MAIN ARTERIES ARE SPEWING BLOOD. In real-life, they'd be dead within a minute or less, but since the ninjas are presumably going to save them somehow that's going to require more reaction than just "Oh, Naruto and Sasuke lost their arms, what a gas. NEXT SCENE PLS~", it'll be "HOLY CRAP NARUTO AND SASUKE LOST THEIR ARMS THEIR BLOOD IS LITERALLY EVERYWHERE OH MY NINJA GOD THEY'RE GOING TO DIE". Even if they are ninjas with special-ninja-healing powers, I doubt that Kishi would just go without actually having anyone react to the scene of Naruto and Sasuke having a bro-moment. Seriously, this would warrant more than just a "they get up Naruto bangs Hinata here's a naked scene with them here's some terribly-drawn kids the end SEE YOU NEXT SUMMER BUY OUR STUFF".

This is so wrong on so many levels; Kishi is either sick and tired of Naruto and is purposely trying to end it, or he's being pressured by his editor to work faster and make more characters so they can sell more video-games and toys/statues.

I just want to be able to accept this, when it's all over. If this is really just a troll, then I will be happy, however it looks too real, so I just want to be able to accept it and move on with my life. This was the first time I've ever been in a fandom and most likely gonna be my last. However, I just can't imagine my life without coming to this website anymore and completely moving away from the Naruto fandom.

It was a nice ride and I'm happy to have met most of you. I just wish things could have been different in the end. I applaude the people, who are able to remain positive and really hope you're right, but for now I just want this horrible feeling to go away.

I will always love NS the most, even if it's not canon and I hope after tomorrow, we will still be able to stand together.

This is just the second time someone has brought up the fact that NH/SS was prowling around gawking. My feelings were simply "Don't Care." I don't see why that bothers you that I threw my cents in there.

I suggest you go back through the thread, the words may not be the same but the sentiment IS. You just told Luffy he was going to get trolled, and the only thing a person needs to worry about when getting trolled is looking dumb.

Chatte you're a HUGE face/leader in the fandom so everything you say, people will take into account, whether they like it or not. I know that has to suck because sometimes you're just speaking out of what you're feeling at the moment and people rip away at you. If anything I feel for you, LadyGT, and others right now. The amount of messages you're probably getting, ridicule posts, jeezus... 

 

You'll always have my support, that's for sure. I hope other NS fans would do the same. And yes, everything is not only WEIRD but WRONG.

again you guys give kishimoto too much credit. None of these things are even flowing with the overall theme of the manga, everyone is just hooking up randomly. I don't blame you all for thinking this is all weird. When I found out sasusaku was happening, I already knew everything was gonna go downhill from there.

They can kiss the right cheek of my ass to be honest. People are feeling real emotions right now after being invested in this sh**ty manga. Naruto was going downhill, why do you think people resorted to pairings as their main choice? It was the only thing keeping me interested after the Pain arc. Literally tortured myself reading the Kaguya fight. At least Naruto v. Sasuke was short.  

 

It's not a good ending, pairings or not. The war was drained out and everybody became overpowered. Went from a 10/10 to a 4/10. 

Gah, I wish I could like this! As for the bolded: same, same, SAME.
