Well, on the bright side of things, we don't really know the order of the events? We just know that certain scenes were shown. Like that kiss could happen in the middle. And you're right they wouldn't want to show the ending, even if people are not supposed to talk. I doubt they would trust people that much.

But didn't you feel Sasuke's repressed emotions when he was trying to cut through her torso? He just wanted to get to her heart. :)

Not would be. It is. The story in the manga doesn't matter. It simply doesn't mean kitten anymore, even the bad parts. None of what we read is what is canon to this ending.

I think the worst part about it was when he said he pretended to try to kill her multiple times, and that he loved her since they were genins.

Ok, read some of the spoilers from the tumblr page of someone who I think could be reliable. Only thing that annoys me is that whole Sakura Hinata scene that was shown in the trailer. If it's really true what the conversation is about.

Yes, the story is being changed so NH can look better bc it didn't received proper development/closure in the manga.
Now they are adding asspull scarf, asspull flashback and asspull villains so they can pull NH out of nothing

What did it say? It's probably Sakura encouraging Hinata to go for it. I really sense a Narusakuhina love triangle.. there's no reason for Hinata to be sad if she's reassured that she's good to go. Something has to be holding her back. 

She encourages Hinata to go for it with Naruto because Hinata's love for Naruto reminds Sakura of her love for Sasuke.

That's kinda how I feel now. The movie is so atrocious, the attempts to retcon and asspull SS is so profoundly terrible, that it eases the pain of 699 & 700.

And audiences will cheer, and that sexiest Kishimoto will become even wealthier, well most other writers and artist will barely make a living. So is the state of the world on 11/24/2014.

What are you saying, it already is the worst. Never before has a writer completely gone backwards over his own work, and basically declared all of his work that he has put forth over 15 years non-existent, and proceeded to give a movie more credibility than his writing.

Here's the full thing of what was said:

 

Hinata & Sakura scene

scene opens with hinata at the tailor’s shop buying supplies to knit naruto’s muffler with. then she sees sakura. they go for tea together, and sakura says she’s rooting for hinata. hinata asks why sakura’s rooting for her. says it’s because (hinata’s feelings towards naruto) reminds her of (how she feels about) sasuke, that feeling of ‘i want our feelings to be mutual!’. sakura talks about when naruto eats ramen, she’s been beside him but now she’s handing over (the responsibility) to hinata. says she wants to watch hinata give the muffler to naruto without running away. give it to him (for his sake; she says あげなさい which has that meaning). EDIT: then asks why naruto is so slow/stupid then asks why naruto? he’s slow/stupid while hinata’s so strong and cool/calm (this translation probably fits better yeah my bad)

(still talking about sakura at this point) at the end she looks for the broken pieces of the tattered muffler and gives them to hinata. then OP says sakura is an angel (for doing so) lol. says there wasn’t any sasusaku, but they really wish for sakura’s happinesss!

 

EDIT: Looking back on this spoiler, a few things I wanted to point out.

 

1) It says that Sakura and Hinata go for tea together but that's not what it looked like in the scene so IDK what's going on there

2) I don't know how reliable that person is on tumblr, here's a link to their page: http://animecontinuum.tumblr.com/

3) It still leaves it open for a love triangle. Sakura wants to watch Hinata give the scarf? That definitely leaves an opportunity for Sakura to sort out how she feels about Naruto, because she still hasn't sorted that out. I can't believe the manga was all for nothing unless this was a non-canon film.
