if naruto returned hinata's feelings it's gonna make that 235 filler when he confesses his love for sakura awkward XD LOL

Hhaha mate its not just 235 say if you watch from episode 1 till now and heck you can even watch the movies wye not,,,, you only see naruto asking her on dates doing goofy around her trying too kiss her in dreams having a feeding dream and get a whole appel in is mouth hahah jokes from sai the public sauna jokes.Even the omakes are mostly naruto sakura i say ya mate the anime is even worse then reading the manga from the beginning.

It seems that panel of Sakura is becoming more fishy as time goes by.

Even the youtube reviewer Sawyer7mage, who has a preference for NaruHina, made a mention of that panel. He said that the panel wasn't good or bad, that it was just there. I guess he couldn't make heads or tails about it, but it was enough to get his attention.

Naruto is the definition of not giving up, so in my perspective he should be the last person out of all to start loving someone else.

Hinata always gave me the impression to just be satisfied by simply loving Naruto with no expectations about it. What supports that claim is that she has never been jealous of Sakura.

Sakura has a completely different personality around Sasuke, and yet has strengthened her bond with Naruto as time goes by. She the one who would look the most natural for changing her romantic feelings. But it won't happen until near the end in order to keep the intrigue.

Is fine for Naruto to acknowledge people, like with Hinata, but he's the type that likes to fight hard for what he wants. He wants to save Sasuke, he wants the village to acknowledge him, he wants to be Hokage, and he wants Sakura to love him. They are all important to him, that's my perspective.

Yep Sakura is weak, selfish, and submisse when she was around him, but with Naruto she's selfless enough to stop with sasuke and accept Naruto, she did that on her confession for me is enough, even if Naruto confess loving or no sasuke she will accept his confession, but i want her to not love Sasuke which would be perfect.
It's like we having two Sakura, her inner Sakura disappeared because Sasuke was not around anymore, she didnt needed to hide her feelings.

pff btw i was playing naruto generations and was checking out pairings not sure what the dots mean but i gess more dots mean good combo i did NH and hit the jackpot and found the name Secret lovers what i did not know anything about a bad timing omg i havent played that game since freaking chapter 615 what a bad timing for me too find out that title

I mean in game like there are fanservices for NS in many of them. From ps2 to latest game. I played almost all of them and all of them has NS fanservice, including the recreation of Sakura's confession, which isn't needed in the game in the first place. I know media outside of manga is not official, but it begs the question: will Kishi really make everything look stupid, even in his own movie? I have not see ads being wrong but time will tell. It does seem like Japan is supporting NS as OTP (media not people in general). So yeah, I won't be surprised people would go outrage. It's not that NS didn't happen, rathe defeat the purpose of supporting Naruto to win.

And your inclusion of the old manga page inspired me. I went hunting for a few of my favorite panels that, like the one you chose, shows the sweet but frustrating swirl of affection and confusion that is NS.

@KnS Wow you just highlighted most of my favorite moments between the 2 and I totally agree with both you and redragon88, its why I can never agree with people when they say its obvious that Sakura doesn't love Naruto, I will admit that at present we don't know how deep her feelings go but to be honest I don't think she does either.

When Sai told her that Naruto loves her she started crying once she realized that his promise was made out of love and resolved to never hurt him again, if that doesn't show that she at the very least cares deeply for Naruto then I don't know what does. To say she doesn't care about him is just an outright lie.

I have a question I've been thinking about after the response (from all sides) of 615 and it stems from the posts I've seen seeing that Naruto could have very easily have given up on Sakura and come to love Hinata off panel, so I started wondering if there is a precedent from Kishi with that type of writing, has any major characterization changes or developments happened off panel regarding primary characters like Naruto?

Also... those panels made me recall something. Doesn't it seem like Naruto refuses or rather... I wouldn't say ignore but... it seems like he does anything he can to make Sakura not worry or concentrate on him and his well being. Similar to his little denial thing at the confession, he brushed off Sakura's worry for him when she found out about the Jinchurikki status and assumed (or pretended) she was worried about Gaara rather than himself.

There's no reason for these two NOT to be endgame. So much build-up - it just seems impossible for it to be any other pair besides NS.

The thing about Naruto is that he don't want her to be down at all. He really serious about keeping her frown upside down at all time. That's why he don't want her to be worry at all. Remember when he told Sai to not to tell Sakura to heal him after he got beat up? Yeah, he really wants her to avoid danger. Even if he knows that everyone is putting on the line for him, that doesn't mean he will be ok if Sakura gets killed or move on.

Also, the training doesn't count at all because it happened between part 1 and 2. Other than that, all are usually answer on panel, especially personal development from Naruto. If you're wondering if he thought of Hinata in one moment or talked to her, remember when he talked to Hinata, it made out to be that they never talked until now. So yeah, doubt it.

Btw, thank you for those panels. There are so many other ones but man, we will be here for a while.

Haha! Oh its great to see that things have calmed down a bit here. Those panels are a blast from the past man, back then Kishi was pumping those NS moments out all the time. After all this war (that is if Naruto is still alive) i wouldn't mind to see our hero's taking a break at Ichiraku Ramen enjoying and laughing again. I doubt Sasuke will be there though :/

She said that not matter what Naruto said that they were going to be together. If Sakura's moment to shine really is a reflection of her thoughts in that chapter then maybe there will be a reference about it. That's not to say that Naruto wouldn't want her to fight, but that she will be the one to say that she won't let him shelter her anymore. She could say that this time she'll help him carry the burden of protecting the ninja world.

I think it would be pretty cool if Sakura stated firmly how she completely believes that Naruto will become the Hokage, and that she'll fight to protect that dream. As far as I know only Tsunade and Chiyo have placed their faith in Naruto about it, so Sakura would be the first of his generation to do so. It would echo pretty well with how she nearly forfeited the chunin exams in order to protect Naruto's dream of becoming Hokage.

If only it could go like this,

Sakura: Naruto, becoming the Hokage is your dream. But seeing you become the Hokage is my dream, and for that I will keep on fighting.

I think it would be reminiscent to how Konan proclaimed that she's the support of Naruto's bridge towards peace.

@KsN: Good pics and this is not the end. I think most of us are to rouse and need to blow off some steam. People I think are forgetting that Kishi is pushing Sakura to the sidelines and letting the side characters of K11 interact with Naruto like Neji, Hinata and Kiba. Sure, it resulted Neji's death and now a possible NH growth, but lets look at the facts. Naruto has yet to show any romantic affection towards Hinata. Kishi has yet to complete an entire scene between Naruto and Sakura in the same screen a panels during the War arc. This shows you that Kishi is not resolving NS. He's just simply pushing NS aside for the right moment (which I believe during the Naru vs Sasu final battle). Evidence does state that Naruto does not feel platonic towards Sakura like many NH and SS shipper believe. Why would he still add the suffix "chan" to her name if his feelings for Sakura is platonic? Wouldn't he just refer to her by her name only (that's is when he's serious only)?
