I think everything began to go downhill 2 weeks ago, when I came under incredible financial and personal problems because of one selfish person. I started getting a headache every single day, when I normally wouldn't get a single headache for months. And I guess the strain of these disastrous two weeks was just the last straw, and so helped break my no-cold/flu in years streak ^^

Noooo, Shauna you just have to get better. I remember when my temperature went up I would take a shower (not to hot or cold) to help lower the temperature and feel better.

I actually think I truly came down with the Swine Flu DDX

I woke up this morning with horrible lower back pains, like my whole lower back was in spasms. And I have never had any form of pains like this whenever I've come down with a cold or flu in the past. So, I decided to check out the symptoms on some medical websites and they all said the same thing, and also Wikipedia had the same symptoms listed and I unfortunately have every single one of these symptoms ;_;

The symptoms of swine flu are a fever, cough (typically a "dry cough"), headache, muscle or joint pain, sore throat, chills, fatigue, and runny nose.

I've been pretty much passed out all day, alternating between racking chills and uber hot fever. I'm also sooo drugged up XD
I'm taking Tamiflu which is recommended for the H1N1 virus, plus I'm also taking antibiotics, regular cold and flu meds, drinking orange juice, and taking vitamins. Yet even with all that I still feel like crap XD

But I'm trying to get better! ^^

Well, actually it's recommended that unless I have the advanced symptoms of the flu, that I *shouldn't* go into a doctor's office or hospital, as those places are filled with sick people and so I may actually complicate my condition by breathing in that air. So, what *is* recommended is that I treat this as a regular flu and take the medications and vitamins one would for a regular flu, and that should work just fine so that's what I'm doing. Though thanks for the concern ^^

Well, this is the thing that I *dont* understand. I'm a germophobe so I *already* walk around all day with those things, and yet I still managed to get so sick XD;

Though one good thing about this cold weather we're having here in South Florida thanks to that blizzard up north, is that it's helping to keep my fever down. I don't even need to use my new heater that I'd bought recently for when it got cold like this, cause *I* am my own heater

Well, after a few days off to cool down from stupid pointless 'internet drama', so that I could fully focus on my 'real life' issues, I'm back

Fever broke a couple of days ago, still plenty weak though and still have the couch, sneezing, and sniffles but I'm at least on the mend ^^

Spent the whole of Christmas Eve driving around with a U-Haul truck, as I had to move out yesterday and going to have to spend the rest of today and the weekend getting set up in my new place, before work starts again on Monday. So no 'real' Christmas for me this year XD
I'm the only one here, and so I get no presents or X-mas food/dinner. Oh well, such is life ^^
