I just saw it. Tbh, I've lostvmy enthusiasm about the show over the last couple of episodes, but this episodes was just beauuuutiful. It might be my favorite episode so far ❤

I don't know why I've lost my enthusiam... Maybe it's b/c of all those sidestories I didn't feel really connected to even though thebwhole Saijou thing was there to strengthen Takeo's love for Yamato.

Probably you or we get used to see manga/anime that the couple still is passing by difficulties to become canon and rare or few series where the main couple is canon in a few episodes, something like that. To tell you true for me when a series is shojo and my favorite couple becomes canon for me the series already ended. One example CCS  Sakura and Shaoran they are already boyfriend girlfriend that story is finish for me, this is one of the reason I don't see the other story about them even the stories are different.

Ehh, are you referring Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle with "the other story"? Not that it's shoujo anyways. I've always wanted to see Sakura and Shaoran (from CCS) as a couple!!!!! Just getting together is the first step into a relationship. But we'll never get a seauel or spinoff
It's not that I get vored of seeing Takeo and Yamato. My problem is maybe that the several arcs are so short and don't feel connected to each other. Most of the time thos show has an episodic feel to it. I personally don't want to circle around characters who get introduced for one or two episodes (Saijou) and then get tossed to the side. At least, I highly doubt Saijou will become relevant again, making it look like she was nothing more than plot device. Also last episode was so... cheesy for me, something that Ore Monogatari is not known for. I think of the other reasons why I was a bit disappointed in the previous episodes was Suna being pushed into the background. I love him, so it sucks for me to see him acting only as an advisor (let glasses girl come in already!).
