I also agree with what T XD said. There's a difference between the panel I showed and the one in this chapter. It looks like Naruto is imagining Kushina in his mind in 645(just like what Minato is doing), or it emphazises that she's always with him in some way. Either way I don't think it's a parallel because then Minato's words would've been different too.

 

When I see Naruto, I think more of Minato than Kushina. I agree that he has inherited her rash- and boldness, but that's it. :/ Naruto inherited Minato's legacy and dreams, that means more than his behaviour.

 

And;;; Even if Naruto is paralleled with Kushina, it does not make Hinata the new Minato..at all.

 

One more thing; Naruto has been compared to Kushina, but not paralleled to her. Different things, right?

They excuse  his whole behavior towards Sakura and i mean all of it , because of the clan thing , i was tempted to respond with the words : Naruto suffered and his family was killed too , not to mention that he was despised by everybody , but did he act like that ?'' But i held it in .

About the parallel thing , it actually does by their logic because :

-Watching their loved ones from afar, saving them, risking their life for the ones they love. (Sakura,Sasuke  and everybody else didn't do that , apparently)
-And Naruto/Kushina are soooo similar. Their strong, loud personality. Even their dream to be Hokage, so then they can be acknowledged.

I don't remember Minato admiring Kushina from afar , maybe i missed something , someone care to fill me in ? And i do recall good that Minato wanted to bee a hokage too???

So minakushi= hinanaru ?

My guess is that they're both Jinchuuriki and posseses similar power, and maybe he teamed up with Kushina too. Just given the timing of the comparison. I think that's what made Minato bring up Kushina this time..and that he misses her a little too much lol.

Not just that. If Minato was really like Hinata, we won't be seeing him like how we are seeing him now. Just put Hinata's character in Minato's shoes. There's a big difference between them.

The same, Minato had a dream and he wasnt shy not even on a chance, he put his wrist on his heart and said he wanted to be acknowledged by everyone.
Hinata doesnt even has a dream, neither an objective.

NaruHina does have less moments than NaruSaku has, but even then, the NaruHina moments are way better in impact and sincerity than the majority of NaruSaku moments.

The NaruSaku moments for the most part are either built of jokes, lies, trivial nonsense, or things that could easily be broken (like the "Heaven and Earth" thing, which got stomped by ChidoriXCherry).

Also, do you know that NaruSaku's almost always on life support due to Sasuke, the guy that Sakura REALLY wants?

Also, if NaruSaku happens, Sakura's being a selfish friend to Hinata (since she knows that Hinata's in love with Naruto), and she also ends up being selfish to herself, . And you support that, like the idiotic NaruSaku zombie that you are.

Thing is before more of Kushina was revealed the story went it a staunch powerful Minato that feared nothing. And When people saw Minato and afterwards Naruto they saw a bridge. But of course they would they are Father and Son. Even if they acted different people could still compare the 2 of them.

 

Now for Kushina. Well either it's a retconn on Kishi or not but we see a Minato that actually had a lot of help from Kushina. He never considered that all his accomplishments were only his own but Kushina was with him.

 

Now Sakura is struggling to do the same for Naruto, but of course she is ignored even thou Minato himself saw Kushina in her. Instead they OOC Minato and compare him to Hinata but they forget that even thou Minato may have waivered in his resolve everyone around him saw his potential.

 

Hinata wasn't seen with potential by her father, and she isn't really known as someone with some special ability or anything.

The only thing that stands is the fact that Naruto managed to get his father out of a bout of depression, and suddenly Minato = Hinata.

Instead of butting in and demanding Naruto's affection and heart , pinning sticky notes that he is her property something like Hinata  was depicted in RTN which is exactly how her fans force those characteristics in her , but imply that we do feelings and some other stuff in Sakura . I have the feelings Kishi made her after the fans arguments about her character , but that's just my catch on the situation, maybe he did made those AU and converted characters ,concentrated on their feelings especially Naruto's, which are denied to this very day .

I don't see anything logical in this except the fact that Hinata has to be rewarded yet again.

Naruto knows Sakura loves Sasuke, he'll be selfish if he ends up with his best friend's girl. If NaruSaku comes true, both characters would be selfish because they would steal eachother from their primary love interests.

 

That sounds weird. If he does get with Sakura, she's his first choice. Because Hinata is already pretty available to him..

And no, Hinata would not be a second choice. Naruto has the one and only girl, he's that type. Not to mention you can't own a person..NH is not even together. If Hinata knew or thought Sakura had feelings for Naruto, I wouldn't blame her for not backing off.

Naruto and Hinata have had little interaction (compared to NS), yet NH claims they've had a ton of development and will totally become a viable, canon pair. Interesting...

Saying something like that just proves how the NH fanbase really perceives Hinata; A weak girl who will be absolutely crushed because someone doesn't like her back. Come on. She is stronger than that, especially after her recent development. I honestly just can't imagine Hinata being all that upset over Naruto and Sakura ending up together. I think they forgot that Sakura made a confession to Naruto and didnt even took her feelings in consideration.

The only thing that upsets me about Hinata is that she always ruin a Naruto fight, i'm not bashing and i dont want to sound like i'm bashing, but Pain's arc was cool and stuff until Naruto got beaten just for Hinata step in and confess then we got things dowhill until Minato shows up and reveal the obvious.

Then on this fight again, he was spamming chakra and rasengan everywhere and suddenly got weakened to just some wild hyuugas shows up when a while ago he was with Kakashi and cia.

Then Hinata says the very same thing Naruto said to Obito on a few chapter ago, and then magically he reminds about the people who sacrificed their lives for him to succeed when he a while ago said that he wont fail because of the very same people who sacrificed... yadda yadda.

I'm just sick that on the two most important fights of Naruto we had interruptions to give Hinata development.

 

But this fight with Obito for me it was the most boring fight ever on Naruto, it was cool when it was only Naruto, Kakashi, Gai and Hachibi but then only gets downhill with Talk, Jutsu, Talk, Jutsu, Talk, Jutsu.

Obito even interrupted his jutsu to tell Naruto some stuff.

It seems like to me that Kishi honestly doesn't give a damn about Hinata's charcter if he did she would show some self respect . She depends on Naruto for her existence , she wouldn't train unless its for Naruto her whole existence is to pine over Naruto 24 7 365 , until Kishi shows us she is capable of being independant on her own then I will gain some respect for her until then my views of Hinata stays the same .   if Naruto told her to kill herself she would do it and I know she would .

I don't know if 633 was supposed to show us that Hinata decided to be independant on her own or not .

I believe that he wants to conclude her character removing her crush from Naruto there are many hints of her self-friendzoning herself but for fandom reasons he cant finish it yet.

I dont see Hinata being with Naruto her development doesnt lead her to it.

I can't say that the fight is the real deal just yet because well we have one more volume and who knows what's next. I mean when it comes down to it, only one hit actually connect. Everyone is clean except Obito with that one damage. In every fight, both of them are being equal if not one is defeated and the other is only 40% like Pain's fight. If it is the real deal, then it's a bit unsatisfying. As much the power was showcase here, it's not "give everything you got" feel rather "try this out for size" feel. I'll wait for next volume to see where we stand.
