No? Not really, they don't have the same parents and nothing is confirmed that they're blood related, just from the same same clan (I call it that cause it easier) so I won't consider it incest til confirm (either way I won't care since it's anime)

He's not bad, it's supposed to be like that to show speed.

No, it's bad, one thing is "raw" effect or other visual effects, but when leg facing other way that it must face for a kick, it's bad. It's more of a problem in normal fights, in fight of Touka there wasn't such bad scenes. To be specific, I'm talking about when Ken kicked Ghourman in a face.

He's never drawn the foot going the wrong way as you described. His art isn't bad in any sense of the word.

With what is pictured - he hit him with toes of his leg, first frame is really doesn't give expression of what's going on, and his art can be considered bad, you know, tastes are different for all people.

It's not drawn wrong. Look at the next panel. He kicked Tsukiyama with his left foot, moving from his right diagonally up to the left. That is correctly drawn. If you looked at the bottom right panel, you would have seen that...
