This disaster of a manga doesn't deserve all this angst and tears. It's just a pile of kitten and rubbish. Even if it turns out that NaruSaku is canon, it won't fix other amoral bullsh** and sloppy writing that's a huge part of this story. It's outright wrong and sick how they handled the ending and this movie. It's disgraceful to treat the fans who's been a source of Kishi's/SJ/SP wealth and support the way they do. They disgust me. I don't get why people are still trying to justify them after all that crap we had to witness.

Right? I feel betrayed and embarrassed, too. It's one thing to write a terrible ending that has NH and SS. It's another to then set out for the next month to do all sorts of publicity for a movie that explicitly retcons the work to make NS fans look like the biggest idiots possible.

Yes, unfortunately right know it's looking like that.

But the thing is, I believe we are the most logical fandom in Naruto. That's why I still have some hope. Even though I feel so betrayed, I'm hoping for one last time. We all came to this point. This is the last time we are standing for our ship. After came at this point, I'm not giving up. Because I have nothing to loose anymore. I'm hoping for the best, and preparing myself for the worst.

But after all these things, I decided one thing. I will never ever join in a fandom. Naruto and Narusaku will be my last. That's why I'm so determined to defend it until the end :)

The fact that Kishi has to come out so hard and make such an awful movie in favor of NH and SS tells me that we were right. If we weren't, and there really wasn't any NS worth noting, then we wouldn't be in the midst of such an absurd movie marketing scheme. The fact that they have to try so hard to justify the end pairings tells me the evidence points in favor of NS by a large margin.

I only can say "thank you" for 698 chapters and some movies and ova's, but not about this BS that they call ending.

I honestly can't see how this movie will be a success, based on the info we got. All this movie is is a nH wank fest, with Naruto taking a back seat to HInata. Not only are Naruto's feelings completely discarded, but he was only interested in Sakura, because of Sasuke? That would make Naruto look far worse than Sakura did, when she confessed to him, because she was doing that to help Naruto, but here Naruto was trying to manipulate Sakura, just so he could beat Sasuke? That's literally the worst way to portray Naruto and is complete kitten.

 

This movie seems to do nothing but undermine everything the manga stood for and paint everyone horribly OOC to do it. How can anyone besides dies hard otaku fans and Hinata/nH fans even go to watch it? Sure some will want to know the full story, but if it's really as bad as the 30 min preview, ads, and VA's suggested, then I can't see how this movie won't flop.( or at least be the highest grossing film.)

That cringeworthy NaruSaku dialogue is very telling indeed. They pretty much have to force-feed their audience on why they weren't meant to be. Needless to say, the explanation is terrible and anyone with common sense won't buy it.

Yes, but in the end, somehow they could been smooth those messages about mass killers and etc. But now - it's nothing.

That's your opinion. Why would RtN be huge succes? Minato and Kushina was in previous movie to, but only RtN made it a succes. Because there was plot, there was story, there was massage. You see something of that in this movie?

The only part of the manga I really have any major beef with is the ending, TBH.

But I tend to agree. Even if the movie turns out to be NS, I don't think it'll be able to fix how horrible the ending was. The ending failed in so many ways to provide closure on the plot...how could the movie fix that?
