Asspull flashbacks can't erase that, the actual story, aka not meant to have any proper NH interaction in childhood.

He-he, imagine a scene like this one.
Naruto: "I love you, Sakura-chan."
Sakura: "Really?"
Naruto: "Yes..."
Sakura: "Why are you telling me this?"
Naruto: "Because you're the one for me, the girl who's always stayed by my side and believed in my strength..."
Sakura: "What about Hinata?"
Naruto: "Huh?"
Sakura: "Hinata! You're in love with her!"
Naruto: "What?"
Sakura: "You're confessing to me because of our past... and all that development. Out of some obligation and pity. But actually..."
Naruto: "I don't love Hinata, it is you I..."
Sakura: "You' shouldn't lie to yourself!"
Lol reading this made me realize how funny it will be if sakura misunderstood naruto and hinata relationship and got all jealous without her even noticing and Then there will be sai to make fun of her

I agree 100%
It doesnt change anything even if Sasuke is good now. That heart ache cant easily just disappear.
Are you forgetting a Mangaka in question here? This is the same person that took Sasuke physically causing Karin Heartache with a electric bolt through her heart and made light of it, Karin easily forgiving him with unconvincing sorry.
This is what worries me the most, why I didn't discount the possability of SS at that point when Naruto had to save Sakura, why I didn't discount the possability when Sasuke told Naruto he should just let her die, and why even after he placed her under a Genjutsu that could have killed her from the shock of having a chidori thrust in her heart I still can't dismiss the possability.
Kishi sucks at showing a charactor earning redemption specially recently, Look at Obito what did Rin say to him after he died? Who do you plan to save now? Like he wasn't responsible for thousands of deaths, like he wasn't responsible for their sensies death, and making Naruto a orphan, like he'd been a hero all along,...all of that was not even an issue.
Kishi doesn't look at the side of the person that actually needs to seek redemption, he seems to concentrate on the grieved party and how big their heart is by easily forgiving them.
nh fans are saying that naruto's quote is reffered to the winter flashback when he was shouting at hinata and made her cry ..he wants to apologize and confess his new true luv for her..
Well the first part is kinda correct Naruto is likely referring to what he said to her when they were kids and probably does want to appoligise or maybe he forgives her...But that doesn't really tell us anything new and doesn't support NH any more A eight year old shouting at another kid is not exactly a reason to confess. We all know he's never looked at her in the romantic sense throughout the manga, though he has taken more notice of her since the pain arc, don't think he's thought of her romantically, but his impression of her has improved and he is aware of her feeling towards him.

I don't think that just because he made that assumption about her, it means that they didn't talk AT ALL as little kids. After all, they were classmates, so I'm sure that he must have heard or seen something from her firsthand to make that assumption about her, to begin with. I think it's just that they simply interacted way too rarely, which still corroborates the fact that they hardly knew each other. Hell, I maintain that even after growing up and legitimately calling each other friends, they still aren't too involved in each other's personal lives.

Oh no, no... See, it would be a self-deception to suggest that he could ever interact so healthily on a personal level with Hinata or have perverse fantasies about peeping at her in the bathhouse. It's interesting because Hinata would be so easy for Naruto to wrangle in. But perhaps that's not what Naruto wants. He isn't settling for the silver medal just so he can say that he shacked up with a girl whose lifelong pursuits have centred around him since childhood (apparently Hinata was already smitten with Naruto when they were small children). When Naruto puts him mind and heart to something, he perseveres until finally accomplishing his goal. The recognition and affections of Sakura is his most cherished wish, second only to rescuing Sasuke from his own insanity and maybe achieving world peace. If anyone is going to "win" at this romantic subplot, it's Naruto.

I wish Sakura showed some childish jealosy, and Naruto would act a little bit more mature and tease her in a loving way.

This is exactly why that whole snow scene is Naruto yelling at Hinata because she was looking at him.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if that happened. If she were unhappy/surprirsed about Hinata's actions before, if she were to come to terms with her feelings for Naruto, I have to imagine that the feelings would be stronger. XD

Sakura's body language suggests that she was telling the truth about Naruto, at least, although it confirms that her claims about Sasuk and her reason for wanting to confess to Naruto are dishonest.

She would broke his already fixed arm if he did that
But yeah it would be fun to watch that XD .

Sakura was lying...Maybe it was true that he stood by her side.. but still fact is.. that she didnt love him that time (or hasnt still realised that she loves him).
Stop ignoring that.

Nah, she'd be flustered, and Naruto could use this chance to kiss or hug her... and than she would be even more flustered.
