Nonono, I myself don't see it as Ecchi. But when you go to manga sites, they classify it as Ecchi XD

Really? I think the fanservice is pretty obvious. Of course not in the most recent chapters.

Part 1 had a lot of fanservice with Shiho. And the drawers love drawing the girls on the covers.

Maybe he's getting close to perfecting the Black Origin Threshold, which Chunwoo and Unwol couldn't ever do? I mean, he was aware of his surroundings, which isn't possible under the BOT, and the first time he used the BOT, he didn't have all that Ki spilling out of him. Or maybe it was this chapter in the middle that he actually went into the BOT, after he got hit?

No, he used BOT before getting hit from GMR, it helps overcome damage.
