It annoys me that the Naruto-Sasuke conflict all comes back to the brothers' feud. Not that I expected any less. And that no one but team seven is there to witness Sasuke's turn. Guess that'll help make his redemption smoother, which I suspect is exactly the reason for it.

 

What I would like to see happen in this fight is for Sasuke to beat Naruto, and successfully kill a least one of the Kages. Maybe then I'd be little more interested because right now there just doesn't feel like there's any risk involved in this fight. I expect Naruto and Sasuke will duke it out for a bit, Sasuke will realize the error of his ways, and then they all live happily ever after. Sigh. Let's get it over with I guess. Maybe KIshi will manage to surpise me, but it feels like he's trying to rush through this so he can wrap things up and that doesn't give me much confidence for a satisfying ending.

Nope. Pairings aren't much of a priority in this manga for me anymore. I like NaruSaku for its earlier development (basically everything pre-war arc) but if Kishi's pairing conclusion is going to be as rushed and slapdash as his plot conclusion is turning out to be, I'd rather just have an open ending.

Sasuke's true feelings for Sakura will emerge, letting her know that he's secretly always loved her back. They'll get rid of Naruto & Kakashi, and become a new generation's version of Adam & Eve. They'll find some way to get Tsunade out of the IT, so that they can get her approval for their union. Then, they can work on repopulating the Uchiha clan with Tsunade being the grandmother to all of their children

I know Sakura will be involved in some way whether it be minor or major... I'm just scared of what could happen to her tbh. Kakashi as well. They aren't really in danger since Sasuke doesn't see them as a threat but if they interfere I don't think he'll show mercy.

It'd be cool to see Sakura totally kick his butt if that happened. Like she learned from the mistakes she made last time she faced him.

Not because he turned heel. Not because he trapped Bijuus. Not because he declared to kill kages including Gaara and Tsunade. Not because he pretty much show that Hagoromo will always see cruel fate. No. But for one true thing:

I'm honestly 100% expecting Sasuke to live after this fight because naruto this whole time wants to save him. But after the fight when everyone wakes up from the infinite tsukiyomi, and I don't know if anyone thought of this, I personally think Sasuke will decide not to return to the village with everyone. But instead travel the world in search of a new path that will be right for him. And both Naruto and Sakura decide that they won't stop Sasuke this time and to finally let Sasuke go.

That would be a nice conclusion to this team 7 drama situation because for a long time they both wanted Sasuke to return to the village but after everything in the war they feel it would be for the best to let him go where ever he pleased and for one day to return to the village on his own. X)

If Naruto vs Sasuke fight really starts next chapter, Sakura and Kakashi also won't just stand there watching the wrestling and chitchatting.

 

It's simple... Kishi can't do that to them no matter what cause he can't just let them be standing still all the time.

 

They'll either engage in battle or something else happens that will make them busy.
