On NF takl just made me notice about something about that SFX ムクッ (mughuuuuu) which means rising... But it's an unusual SFX 'cause that one is mostly used when the boy just got a boner I don't know why Kikitten used this sfx, maybe Naruto had really an erection. Kishi's just a perv. Even on 2ch, jap blogs and twitter jap people are making fun about this... They are questioning themselves if Naruto had really a boner.

As  you can see, Karin has only one ankle headcuff, on her right feet while her left one doesn't have one. So the feet that we have seen in this chapter is that left one... So It's possible that mysterious figure could be Karin.

Now, I think that the suspicious person is Kabuto or someone else, and not Karin. I thought before that it could be Karin or Kabuto, but if it was Karin, Kishi would have shown her with Suigetsu, Juugo and Orochimaru. Besides, there's no suspicion with Karin.

By thr way for those of u arguing about Sakura using chakra scalpel.

She used it on Kankuro and the Cellular Ilness Extraction technique is done via chakra scalpel.

The person who is standing before Sasuke may not be Kabuto but his father. Sasuke is on verge of dying so maybe his mother and father came to save him. He never really did get closure with them. Its most likely Kabuto but this would nice for Sasuke.
