To me, this thread has long operated as a general Naruto debate thread and as long as people aren't spamming or straying to far from Naruto issues, I think it's fine.

And I'm not going to avoid discussing an issue (originally mentioned in Flicky's post) because other of peoples past failure to control their behavior. The onus is them to discuss the issue rationally, not for me to shup up because they cannot do so.

If you feel you must okay I'm not saying don't just pointing out things might get rabid

Hmmmm, well, I guess to a certain extent there is some sort of truth to this. My only question to that comment is on how does he feel right now in the timeline? He still loves her, and that 235 filler reinforces it. Even though its filler, its probably still safe to assume that he is still in love with her and is still want to do his best to win her over even if he thinks its still a long shot with or without Sakura "loving" Sasuke. Besides, if Naruto does not want to win over Sakura, then who does he want to win over? Besides, I think there are numerous occasions and moments where she does feels the same way and that eventually, she will return those feelings that Naruto has given her, for 100% real.

But the whole both would be unhappy, I, of course, doubt that. If Naruto and Sakura can't make each other happy, then who can make them happy? And no, I don't think that its Hinata and Sasuke with all due respect.

I just don't get it. They want Naruhina and Sasusaku which probably doesn't make sense in personality and development, and they deny probably the only pairing that does make sense in like everything (personality, interaction, development, and I see a good future between NaruSaku). That's probably another thing, do they see a good future in Naruhina and Sasusaku that benefits everyone, all sides, no one gets the, what I call, butt-end of it where they regret being with that person? And if so, I want to know why.

To be honest I already tired of debating with NaruHina and SasuSaku rabit, I only have 4 months dabeting and I alreay tired of does comments. The manga is very clear

Naruto------> Sakura: he like her but her Happinee comes 1st
Sakura------> Sasuke: childish crush on Sasuke and it hurt her now
Hinata------> Naruto: admiration that she call love with out haven a friend relationship.

Sakura------> Naruto: deep care the greatest trust she has for anyone and a very clear development in the relationship and Sakura's side.
Naruto------>HInata: Nothing he don't like her that whay and respect her has regular friend.
Sasuke------>Sakura this one is stupid because he try to kill her many times the guy hate her and everyone els.


People are so thick headed when it comes to pairing and they ignore what's obvious in the Manga. If Naruto still love Sakura he will not be decline at the end that will make him a loser, Sakura selfish and with no self-respect, Sasuke an hypocrite he hate everyone he try to kill her not once but three times, and Kishi will be calling all the female gender stupid because he said that Sakura represents a real life girl. But he is not doing that, Kishi is making it hard for Sakura to keep holding and her childish crush.

why people don't see that? but there are quick in judging NaruSaku when the other pairing is clerly worse.

Pretty much agreed with the above, especially with the bolded. I always keep saying that if Naruhina and Sasusaku happens, then there will be way more downside than upside. Your bolded statement somewhat reinforces my point about the downside of if the opposing pairings happen.

Okay... back on topic... I agree that it's very likely that Naruto is still in love with Sakura. Even without the filler, his actions show it and knowing anything about his personality we can assume it's true.
I don't think he's trying to win her over anymore. By the time part II started, he has already decided somewhere in his mind that he wants her to be happy and he believed he's not the one to do it so he stopped fighting for her. That's an interesting question 'who does he want to win over'. I guess he hasn't thought of that. We don't know what did he think will happen to him if Sakura decides to be with Sasuke.

yes, naruto isn't trying to win her over anymore like he did when sasuke was still in the village, he is thinking more about sakura and her happiness and because for the love he has for her, naruto will not stop her if she wants to get with sasuke, he will live with it which he had this in his head when sasuke had left the village but what naruto wants is the believe that sakura is moved on from sasuke and naruto thinks that her feelings for sasuke has not faded completely which it's true, sakura still has some feelings for sasuke that she doesn't know how to get rid of them and she had figured out after she couldn't kill sasuke that there are some feelings that hasn't died yet and naruto is not thinking of who he does want to win over anymore , there hasn't been shown in the manga that there might be another person other than sakura so... yeah

My conclusion is that Naruto stop fighting for her like in part one for respect of her feeling, not because he don't think he can make her happy, he stop chasing her only for respect, after the chat he had with Kushina I am very sure that things will change that was a direct scenario of events that happen between him and Sakura.

Sakura will break the ice the next time they have a serious conversation, ask yourself why they haven't speak for so long.
I think Kishi is keeping the Intrigue and Drama to retain readers.
They will demand each other to be honest at some point, and what you think will happen when Sakura ear Naruto saying or tell her that he love her but she only love Sasuke he only wish to see her Happy.

Right know there are only two girls Hinata and Sakura and 437 was before 457, even so after 437 there're 128 chapters and they hasn't been a single thought of Hinata in a romantic light, there is no conflict in his mind between Hinata and Sakura romanticaly.

Why is that? I think is because the Author message is clear Naruto love is selfless and he want to keep it that way for Sakura to see who really love her, who always been there for her, you know the rest.

I think Sakura will recive a Push from someone in a positive whay about Sasuke someone close to her, that person will questiong her feeling for the two boys or she will do it and her own, but Sakura will break the ice between she and Naruto when that happen it will be the end of the pairing wars.

Now think and this again Naruto Save Hinata and Sakura in the same Chapter he speak back and foward with the two? No

You're damn right, she should learn about his parents. Even if she doesn't see him in a romantic light, you know, its always funny to talk about when one generation ago, that two people has a similar story and have similar start to the two of the main characters, so obviously and eventually, Naruto will get around to tell Sakura that just for laughs and fun, and then afterwards that's where everything is put into pieces, baby, regarding everything between Naruto and Sakura.

As for the 2nd bolded, I wish I know. Its either the whole they shrugged it off and moved on or they know that this matter would have to be resolved at a better time at their convenience which is not the case right now, since they are in a war.

@donjoseh i dont think so , he still pursue her but he do not have time to this he got locked in a place with bee during the war, he save both sakura and hinata but he only do a conversation with hinata because of her thoughts she said thanks because of the acknowledgement, sakura's place was being overwhelmed by zetsus.
they are at war , so i do not think they will chat and talk about other things , but i think if narusaku will happen i think sakura will start it up, not naruto i dont think its time to talk about this , because there will be a lot of battles.
and i think narutos ends at dec 2012, maybe he will continue with konohamaru?

in episode 74 of naruto shippuden it shows sakura sitting on her bed looking at the old picture of team 7. she has flash backs of iruka saying that everyones changing and a flashback of what Yamato said about her feelings for naruto, then it zoomed in on sasukes picture. I couldn't help think that that episode symbolized her, in a way, trying to/moving on from sasuke.

naruto told hinata about his appreciation for savin him and to assure her that she is strong and he didn't had a conversation with sakura. to begin with hinata, this shows a closure for hinata's love for naruto in the story which had begun after naruto had finished the battle with pein and rejoined his friends in konoha. sure hinata will still for now be viewed that she still love naruto but not in the same amount as before, i think in the end and i'm sure of it that hinata will be not seen anymore as a love interrest in naruto and continuing for there wasn't a conversation with sakura after the confession part, shows too that there will be a conversation for naruto and sakura in the future for the whole confession thing between them to clear things out for the readers or an event that by a way naruto will realise sakura's true intention of him

well when I mention this statement was to show that it was a closure for Hinata character. Her confessio was address before the pick of this war. he whant to keep the drama but there is nothing more between Hinata and Naruto, I don't think he will lie to himself after he said that he hate people that lie to themself.

there are so many cliffhanger with Naruto Sakura and Sasuke pending, there is so many think Sakura need to know about Naruto, Sasuke still need to apologize and give her a pet talk so she can move on with her life.
But the focus here will be more on Naruto and Sakura reletionship there is so much loose wires between those two.

Well you do make a lot of sense

There is only 3 scenarios here for your statement.

1 Sasuke return Sakura is happy but then start feeling guilty about Naruto feelings or start missing him. Not that possible

2 something drastic where Naruto is on the verge of death. Very possible

3 She get that push from Tsunado or Ino more likely Tsunade. Tsunade may ask her to stop holding back her true feelings for Naruto and protect the one you really care for. Vere vere possible


at the end Sakura will still break the Ice.
