No. Read the panels again
Your argument falls apart when it becomes evident that:
>The Uchiha were segregated after they became the police, it was done so not as a honor but to spy on them 
>The one who made the Uchiha turn into the police force was Tobirama 
This essentialy means that Tobirama's policy was the one who led to the segregation of the Uchiha and further strengthened Madara's supporters within the clan 

One more time, the Uchiha were put into their own corner of the village, ie, segregated, after Minato died, under suspicion that they had something to do with Kurama attacking the village. Tobirama had nothing to do with that. Once again, Tobirama's purpose for creating the police force was to get them involved in the village, he thought it would help them. He had nothing to do with segregating them.

AoT isn't unique but I feel like it captures the right attention in the right time. It's like what harry4e said. Plus as I said before, I thought the anime made it larger than life and it felt like we weren't aware that anime can put up this amount of budget. I gave up on anime until AoT happened. I shed man tears. Lol. I have to deal with Loli for two years. How you think I held up...

Then people need to also watch Fate/Zero and (the anime series version of) Fate/stay night Unlimited Blade Works (so far). There's a reason why those two series have earned ufotable the nickname, "Unlimited Budget Works", lol.

No, I'm not arguing against manga panels, you used the wrong definition of the word "cornered". You're wrong. If you had literally read the rest of the chapter that you pulled the panels from, or read the following one, we wouldn't even be having this debate.

As shown by those panels, from chapter 399, Kurama attacked the village, which led to Minato's death, which led to the Uchiha being suspected, which led to them being forced to live in a corner of the village and closely monitored by the black ops (ie, being spied on). The third hokage was the hokage at the time, having taken over after Minato died. Why him and not Tobirama? Because Tobirama had long since been dead. The massacre was a direct result of the Kurama incident. 
 
There is your proof. Tobirama wasn't the one that used the police force as a way to spy on the Uchiha. Tobirama had nothing to do with the segregation of the Uchiha. Absolutely nothing.

It's just that the work has nothing to offer to discuss. It's pretty straightforward and highly predictable, so what's there to discuss.i don't know but I have heard it's just boring. There may be good moments, but nothing hit Spectacular. If anything, join another series for many development.

B/c this series has nothing really to offer. It's understandable to discuss and debate, but the ending won't change :( Many of us are active in other threads for other series though.

I'm not reading it, I don't like to look at any of these characters since I don't recognize them....it's already falling but murdering the charactets in the process which I don't like
