Releasing it briefly is a good thing , lot of the people that I know are like that they're over it the very next minute LOL XD  .  My anger mostly comes from my brother he tends to pisses me of  so much on purpose  , with his arrogance/stupidity and stubborness  I just hate that  and I try to control myself  but I just can't bc no matter how much I warn him he doesn't stop       It runs in the family its in our blood all the males are like that LOL  But they say I'm the worst when I lash out .
