Exactly this. Whoever is designing this poster, assuming it's actually real, is probably acting under the belief that by offering a promotional NS scrap we'll have greater incentive to watch this movie, even if it means enduring the nonsensical creation of NH.

 

But what's the point on releasing it on the same day of the movie? It should be released earlier following that logic.

kishi has done it before, who's to say their lips won't touch a second time? but i'm actually leaning towards the forehead kiss. dan kissed tsunade on the head, so why wouldn't kishi give naruto the chance to do the same? in fact, it makes much more sense to see a ns forehead kiss!

That's the poster. It's going to have Naruto & Sakura sitting under a cherry blossom tree.

It's going be released on Dec. 6 when movie gets released.

I am already thinking when the NH and SS fans see the poster in the enter in Dec 6. what face they would do?

However, there's no reason to release such alluding poster at the movie premiere, when everyone and their dogs will be able tell what really happens in the movie.
The only reason I can think of for holding such content would be to keep information, that it's not supposed to be known until the movie finally comes out, hidden.

They provided fuel to the SS/NH fans by using Hinata and Sasuke as their poster children in RTN to compel them to watch the movie. Pierrot could very well be doing the reverse now by offering a stringed piece of meat to the emaciated NS fans.

A subtle tease or jibe at NS fans who were so devoutly convinced in the pairing's certainty? This could be the marketers way of returning the agony that must have been felt by NH/SS when RTN was first unveiled in theatres.

You're probably right, but I don't really care about their marketing tricks.

Some of the NaruSaku fans simply want to have a poster with Naruto and Sakura together from the Last. We've been waiting so long for this, but instead we were tortured with all those ridiculous NaruHina pics lately.

And even though this poster is most likely platonic and not romantic, I'm still overjoyed to hear that we will get one final picture of them together.
