The ones that already know the majority are not happy at all much like all of us  Japan calls BS on this .

I thought of a plausible explanation for why the art is off in 700.

 

If it turns out it was a troll chapter, I bet Oda from One Piece drew it.  That'd explain the homage to Naruto in OP and the homage to OP in 700.

 

It'd explain SO GODDAMN MUCH about all of 700.

 

Ah well, I'm more upset at them missing the opportunity to give the world the greatest practical joke of all time than anything.

Then allow someone who can translate make his illusion of acceptance and happiness shatter as he's bombarded with every criticism and accusation that can be used to challenge his inane logic.
