Yeah just read Rave Master over the past couple of day....buy have we been spoilt with current quality of translations, had to read throu LQ scans with page edges chopped off, poor english, bad grammer, etc...You can definitely tell it's from the same author, we have Musica is basically Gray, Natsu appears to be a combination of Else and Haru, Julia is very similar to Erza, Lucy and ELSE look very similar with similar press sense. And you get the same feeling that the key to the final victory lies with the female lead.

I think we have atleast two more arcs for completion, maybe next arc will relate to Laxus's Father, he was mentioned after the battle Nausu vs Laxus, and Gajeel is a double agent for them for a reason so I would expect a arc with them as the enemy with Lucy getting one more key, then final arc with Lucy completing her set, and the final battle that will join all the pieces together.

Ugh, that part with Ultear felt so incredibly cheese that I turned my face to the side, seriously Hiro, just because Fairy tail is an shonen, it doesn't mean it needs to be a sugary life lesson. About Zeref, now this one seems to be the real deal, I wonder what will he do, side with Fairy tail, be a villian, maybe a third wheel?

Awww so I won't get a Gray/Ultear pairing since she's taken by another girl. sleep.gif I'm abit confused to what Zeref said. What has he been doing for 400 years if he hasn't been "sleeping"? Does he have split personality?

Yeah noticed the likness too.

I think Merody and Ultears relationship is more like one of daughter and mother, afterall Meredy was raised by her, you might still see your Ultear/Grey pairing, it's awfully similar to Musica and Reina from Rave Master, but that didn't turn out all that well in the end, but Ultears still alive here so who knows.

Maybe Zeref meant by not being asleep, that his powers were not locked aways dormant, but because he no longer has contact with humans he no longer as strong or something, I think part must have been lost in translation.

I was disappointed with this weeks chapter. It felt far too rushed to me. Hades suddenly just being killed? He didn't learn anything at all! Isn't he supposed to have some sort of turn around or something? Or at least consider Makarov a bit more...

Ultear's actions...well, the whole flip of her character, is disappointing as well. She was better off as a complete villain, imo. I know in FT those are pretty hard to come by and most of the bad characters have a sad back story or something to make it understandable why they are the way they are. But I just liked her as a character I could...dislike XD I dunno.

Zeref is making little sense at this point, so I'll have to wait for more info.

Oh yeah, and wtf fairy glitter? When will we see you work completely?!

Chapter 251 is out.

Loved the comedy in this chapter and we apparently find out that Gildartz is a womanizer. Next chapter seems to be rockin'. As usual, impatient for the next chapter.

Yeah looks like you are right, he's been pierced through his old wound, and the looks on everyones faces pretty much confirms it.

Looks like Hiro's taken a page out of Oda's book with what he did with Ace, when it finally looked like he was saved, tradgedy strikes. Hiro has shown with Rave Master that he will kill off charactors for plot development.

Ok, I missed out on 251 but rather now than never to talk about it.

Awww, that was such a heart-warming moment. It brought tears to my eyes and then it got a bit sappy for my liking. Well, seems like something might go down in 252, but let's see what will happen
