I found this rather amusing. This chapter really does not indicate romantic feelings and I always thought it was merely to build up tension with their "reunion". It's too vague to tell she still likes Sasuke but by the looks of things her feelings for Sasuke have become more platonic.
I honestly must say it is quite entertaining to see SasuSaku shippers, in the presence of a total lack of current evidence in Part II, they have to stoop to making up arguments and justifying events that happened in the past automatically means she will always love Sasuke in a romantic way. I find it even more amusing when they say Naruto is no longer interested in her despite two date requests and the fact that he tried to peep on her while she was bathing clearly contradicts this. I honestly doubt any sort of possibility he will end up crushing on Hinata despite the fact that he has never shown any interest in her.
Plus, hasn't the databook clearly stated that her feelings are of "admiration" and she views him as an "idol", not a crush (there's also a great deal of manga evidence to support this and none that suggest Hinata actually desires a romantic relationship with Naruto)? Also, SasuSaku and NaruHina would really throw the characters in the OOC category.

I'm half-tempted to use the same quote SasuSaku fans did against Yamato's comment: "Look! No blush!"
>_<
Honestly, just look at the third parties assessment themselves:
Sai, Yamato, and even Sakura have commented on how much -Naruto- feels for his brother Sasuke.
Yamato has brought up both Sasuke and Sakura for Naruto.
Sai and Yamato have both commented on Sakura's care for Naruto.
-NOBODY-, and that includes Sakura, has bothered bringing up Sakura's one-on-one relation with Sasuke. The only instances Sakura -> Sasuke was brought up were in the context of team 7 as a whole.
Let's not insist too much on Sasuke himself. He gave Naruto a long speech and a hug. Sakura though? Eh...
In short, there are no real romantic implications right now, but the Priority is as following:
Sakura -(care)> Naruto -(brother)> Sasuke. Not Sakura -(whatever)> Sasuke. There's Sakura -(misses and wants to save)> team 7, that's about it.

If romance would disrupt the dynamics of the team then it'd actually be good for neither NaruSaku or SasuSaku to happen. In fact I can see Team 7 just splitting up and going their separate ways just as the sennin's did. It's not a too farfetched theory after all.

I think it's laughable, and really has no connection to Sakura having feelings for Sasuke at all.

Hi there, what do you guys think of this so called sasusaku proof, its when sakura hears sasuke's voice and says " that voice , sasuke-kun." She was shocked too. Some argue this as proof that she still has feelings for sasuke. What do you think.

Basically what Mizura said is what it all boils down too.

She misses team 7 as it once was, she misses her innocent dreams when she was a child.

It could be true. Sasuke did what Orochimaru did and leave the village for power. However, that's as far as I think it'll go. Naruto is still has his dream of becoming Hokage and Sakura wants to get the team together.
Jiraiya left the village to follow Orochimaru. I believe it's never stated that Jiraiya tried to bring him back, he only wished he'd come back.
Tsunade left the village because her loved ones died and didn't care what happened since then. She might have made a stop by after the Kyuubi attack, but that's just a personal guess.

In that flashback at the end of part 1, thought that Jiraiya was trying to talk Naruto out of trying to redeem Sasuke so as to avoid the pain that he had gone through, trying to redeem Orochimaru, at least that was the impression I got.

The dynamic started to go when Sasuke got jealous of Naruto's growth, and it was ruptured before VotE.
