I've been looking through some nostalgic PS2 games and I came across Suikoden 3, my favorite rpg for the PS2. In my opinion is not a romantic couple, but they really do work off each other as a rival type...thing...

I don't think the mangaka will make the main characters die especially those two. It's like he can't touch those with death. Maximum he'll make one or more of them like very close to die or something.
