They'd have to add a few filler scenes with Ilya otherwise the emotional impact won't be enough for anime only people

Tbh, UBW is my least favorite route out of all three... It looks like a mess in my eyes XD But maybe the anime will change my opinion.

The only thing I don't like is Caster's role a bit since she is kinda boring plus the very slow beginning and Gilgamesh character in a way especially at the end, I felt like ughhhhhh lol

Imao, I forgot exactly what Gilgamesh did until I read the synopsis of UBW on wiki a few days ago... Yeah, not looking forward to that.

I heard about this, the light novel (if I'm not mistaken) will detail her life as King Arthur passing through her life and ending with in the aftermath of her battle with Mordred where she makes the deal with the world to participate in the Grail War

 

They are even showing how Merlin was, for the first time. I will try to find the picture and put it here
