Nop. If NS happens in the movie, I'm okay with it. But, I think he'll make the pairing in the manga. I just don't think he'll go on making NS canon in the movie aside. It's part of the manga, so I think he's going to make it in the manga.

Sasuke was so great this chapter and I'm soo happy. Finally and Sasuke that makes sense. I love him as an evil character.

 

 

Not to be a jerk but this is Naruto vs Sasuke.  The rest can stay out of the fight, i want kakashi and sakura to have nothing to do with it. 

 

Well it could be argued this is a Team 7 fight, remember Sakura's promise to Naruto? They don't actually have a personal ventetta against each other, it's two former teammates with conflicting views. Sakura's views coincide with Narutos so she is involved, and let's not forget he did just threaten to kill her Sensie, that actually makes it more personal for her than Naruto.

Sasuke is not actually evil, just like Negato was not evil, evil is doing evil things for no reason except evil, Sasuke's delusioned image of peace is that by destroying the leaders and their strongest Weapons, the five nations will be forced into accepting change he forces on them as they will have no one powerful enough to go up against him. It's basically no different to the Negato's dream of forcing peace thorugh fear of his control of the nine tailed Bijuu, or Madara's and Obito forcing a artificial peace on them.

 

 

The thing is part of his solution isn't wrong, the current system is flawed, with the five nations being split they creates conflict by them not co-operating, and they do profit from war. Uniting the nations is not a bad idea, however foricing the issue will just create conflict, and I seriously doubt Sasuke is aiming for a Lalouch De Britannia, by uniting all sides with him as a common enemy.

I wonder , does Sasuke realize that he , Orochimaru and team taka alone can not in any way create this revolution and for that he will need the  support of all the other ninja nations ?  I thought Sasuke smart enough to realize that if he kills Naruto , every last ninja that is now in the IT will not support him and will certainly fight against him . Does he plan to kill them all ? Or he is dumb enough to think he can impose his will by force , even after he saw what happened to Madara and Obito?

 

Imo Sasuke's plan is crap , at least what we know of it so far , and this chapter was made only so that Kishi could fit in  the Sasuke vs Naruto fight . I understand that in the end Sasuke will not get to carry out his revolution , so his plan for later does not really need to be that great , but still , it would have been nice if it had at least made some sense . Would have given more meaning to his actions this chapter .

This is just one of the many chapters that shows why Sasuke isn't suitable to be with anyone. That panel alone when he declares he's going to execute the kages should make SS fans re-evaluate their probability. That face is cold and evil and I very much like it.

Well Tsunade is like a grandmother figure for Naruto, and technically they are related (though Naruto probably doesn't know that). Plus he's friends with Gaara, who he cares very much about. Plus he does plan to kill Naruto himself, I'd say that's pretty personal lol.

If anything, the fact Sasuke is prepared to kill tsunade and gaara will impact naruto and for tsunade also on sakura.

Naruto is friends with gaara just because of the similar pasts and understands him, gaara is essentially what naruto could have been early on where obito was what naruto could have been later on.

Tsunade though is very important to both naruto and sakura. Naruto has his reasons for tsunade. He likes how she is the hokage and how she treats the village as she did. Sakura though may get hit harder by this aspect, I mean this is her mentor and sensei. Tsunade could essentially be like another maternal figure to sakura. Tsunade is the one who helps make sakura the fighter she is, of course that is important to sakura, she prides herself as being a great ninja because of being the student of a Sannin and the 5th hokage, sure sakura doesn't want to be hokage but she prides herself as studied under one as legendary as tsunade and to have her taken away is going to hurt sakura, just like naruto.

The threat if killing tsunade would hit not only naruto but most likely that may hit sakura harder.

Kishi had said that he plans to end Naruto conclusively.That must include pairings too

I'd actually be annoyed, if Naruto vs. Sasuke is dealt with really quickly, when we've been in this arc for years, and that's excluding the build up to it since what happened in the Land of Iron. Naruto vs. Sasuke has been an important plot point that has had so much build up throughout the story. If its importance is downplayed, such that it's treated as something secondary to the war arc in length, intensity, and quality of content, I'll be frustrated. I understand that this battlefield has become a play where symbolically everything has converged, before reaching its resolution, and Naruto vs. Sasuke is no exception. However, if other moments and fights involved in the war become more important, that would just be poor story-telling.

 

And I hope that he doesn't leave it open-ended. The way he's writing is begging an ending.

Well.I predict it.I argued with some NH&SS fans and they said NS will never become canon.So I said it will become canon in 697.I already had the feelings about it but now I have my predictions.Lol.

Here's my prediction.

 

I think Kishi will end the series in 700th chapter.So we have 8 chaps.N/S fight won't last long.They will fight in 694,695.At the same time they will talk.Naruto will use tnj on Sasuke.In 696 Sasuke will think about everything but he will make Naruto angry and Naruto will attack him.When they clash,Sakura will scream and try to block them but they won't stop.Kakashi will save Sakura again.N/S power will destroy everything around them.They will be injured badly then Naruto will talk and convince him.But he will fall down.Sakura will come to Naru's side and heal him.She will cry.She will remember their moments together.She'll realize she loves Naruto Then like in that OVA he will touch her cheecks.Well it'll be in 697.3 chaps left and in 698 people will be released from IT.699 celebration and 700 we'll see adult Naruto being hokage.

 

It sounds cheesy.Lol.But as for me it will become canon in 697.

That's what I said... For this reason alonw, besides the others, I see Sakura getting involved in te fight at some point...

Just for heads up:

Focus on every moments because if Naruto were to say "This is my fight" or whatever in next chapter, it doesn't mean it will remain that way. I can't guarantee if it's 1v1 or not, just don't jump to conclusion. Take everything grain of salt.
