It would be pretty hilarious running joke if Minato asks if any girl near Naruto is his girlfriend and compares them to Kushina regardless of age or personality.

Would be but that would kind of kill the purpose. Clearly, it was made for a reason. What's more funny is that Sakura is the only one around now, so, so much for "I made a mistake!"

Yet he wants to kill Naruto. Here's the thing: we were forced to think Sasuke has gone good JUST because he wants to protect the village. However, we don't know his plan, why? Because it's made to be a twist and all hints are pointing something not good. Could be good for some, but all in all bad. Think as Kira from Death Note. His philosophy isn't bad but it's bad in nature. We know we have bad people and at times, want them dead, so he will grant that. But human nature, it's wrong. Who to Sasuke's tactic is right but overall wrong? Time will tell.

If Sasuke becomes Hokage he'll just be another kim jong-il.

If this is the case I predict atleast 2 more years of the story continuing

Not going to lie, but if the moon eye plan works by "looking at the moon", I would say Kiba is an a--hole for making Shino look. It's like:

You know, now that you bring it up, it's no wonder Kishi have the moon eye plan to work on EVERYTHING before someone will say, "Akamaru can save them!"

Same here. I would also like to see interactions between him and Kushina, like, could you imagine him telling her that Naruto found a girl like her?

Really liked this chapter...must say I freaked out too seeing that "Naruhina" moment..but then I remembered..and I thought about it..

 

Remember when Hinata was feeling down about herself in 559? When Naruto cheered her up and said

it was all in her eyes?

And remember when he was in sage mode or whatever and was sensing everything that had happened around him?

Lets put these together now...isn't he in sage mode? and isn't he sensing what is happening to all of his friends?

And how is it that he can hear Hinata, but back in 659 he couldn't hear her talk about herself in her mind? He stated it was in her eyes :)

& If it were really for Hinata, don't you think he would've yelled or thought "Hinata!" before trying to leave? and then after Sasuke tells him not now don't you think he would've said "but Hinata" only to be cut off from Sasuke or whatever?

Just stating few facts :) don't forget, Hinata's caught in the genjutsu until T7 and the edos, and possibly Tenten take down Madara and free everyone which only leaves NS and SS, so what we should be worried about is SS, because who knows, there may be a possibility that he does care about Sakura deep down inside (which I pray he doesn't). you never know...with Kishimoto.

 

This may also be a chance for Sakura to realize that Sasuke could never love her, or that he never has, or they might find out his true motive/goal, which is probably going to be an evil twist or something. She might find out that it was actually Naruto she has feelings for now and all along. Meanwhile, in the IT dreamworld, Hinata might come to the conclusion that being with Naruto is not what she really wants. With this dreamworld, maybe it is for the characters to realize what it is they really want or to get over some things. It's a possibility.

My hope is that Sakura questions why she even fell in love with Sasuke in the first place. The reason she fell in love with him is still unclear. Some may try to argue otherwise but I'm not buying it.

I will never understand Sakura's love for Sasuke. Just when she was about to kill him, her flashbacks only showed her blushing and adoring Sasuke like a fangirl and then the other was Sasuke thanking her. While I could understand the thank you, I really don't understand why Sakura thinks back to when she was just a fangirl. It just looked so shallow a flashback to look back on. 

 

Love Sakura and everything, but her impression of love is still all over the place.

What if in the beginning of the next chapter it shows Minato wondering what the heck is going on in the village and goes on to say "I hope Naruto, Sasuke and Naruto's girlfriend are alright..."

I will be laughing my butt off all night if that happened XD lol

Oh no doubt. The fact that Sakura fell in love with him doesn't bother me. Probably 90% of SS shippers like them together for the very same reasons. What I feel needs to happen though is for Sakura to realize that her love grew out of selfish reasons. Has she ever thought about what Sasuke wanted? Her love has always been self-centered.

Possible after all Minato never learned Sakura's name. Though I don't think Sasuke will be brought up I his thoughts.

I never did like how we got an NH moment instead of NS moment when Naruto arrived on the battlefield, or when the reinforcements arrived later.

So is it a KN moment as well? I wouldn't think it would be favorable to NS just because Sakura responded, Kakashi isn't really one for words anyway most of the time.

He's asking them to stay close to him and she responds by saying "ok" unless he said that while his hand was around her waist like Batman would do I don't see how its a moment
