It's interesting how none of the other Rookies are shown despite most of them being much more competent and able-bodied in combat than Hinata.
Hinata is the one with the Byakugan, she can actually see what's going on so far away. As far as we know, she's observing, lip reading, and commenting "Naruto-kun."

Lol, I think that this whole situation with the pairing wars have gotten under our skin.
I'm not really worried since I still believe that Kishi has some consistency & common sense left.
Maybe this tiny panel of Hinata is her realizing Naruto's feelings for Sakura or whatever... or maybe he put her in just for lulz, IDK.
Can't really judge before we see full chapter..

There's several other Hyuga on the battlefield besides just Hinata, including her older and much more experienced father. Although I wouldn't put it past Kishi if he were to neglect or completely forget about his existence at this time.

Hinate needs to be forced to move on, I think that's been her story for part 2. IF Naruto is worried about Sakura, if it's clear that that's his motivation, and Hinata reacts and that propels her to move on...well I might start disliking her less.

True, but her father isn't among the Rookie 9 and Hinata has been the one taking Sakura's commands and relaying what's been going on "up there" for several chapters now.

@rocci, I know, but it was a nice thought.
Hinata realization should come at one point... :) And this could be one. Not saying it is, but it could be. If only the chapter was released.

Its either he pleases Hinata's fans or trying to put an end to all NH-related stuff... (like her probably realizing his true feelings).

but Hinata is closer to the main characters. Also she had a small presence in this volume so it isnt that farfetched. it could be a k11 chapter and thats her place.
