Well I doubt myself on many occasion's and it's not because of what people tell me.... 

 

I know, but my point is is that if you think negative on yourself then nothing will get better....think and believe you can do it and there is no mountain too high to climb.

Nah, I understand wholeheartedly :) Sometimes it's hard to find the positives in situations. I have no real reason to be complaining :< because I basically sponge off my parents thanks to the job market being what it is (I've applied to many places, but I haven't had job experience so it's basically a paradox).

The question is: are you going to let that one person have more influence than the possible smiles that you received from your customers?

 

Keep in mind that the goal of these kind of people are precisely to make you feel like that.

 

My take: Just like a dog stops barking when you pass by without even looking at it (in some cases, this is a sign that you are so superior to the dog that you don't even notice that he's there, which prompts him to stop barking), you must try your best to ignore whatever this person is saying. And believe me, I say this out of the experience in my own job.

I'm sorry, but there is a limit, Louis. The whole idea that this is how they "test" you is both inhumane and repugnant. Do you teach a child how to behave by beating him up morally and physically till he acts the way you want him to act? You wonder why some kids hate their parents when they get abusive. I understand discipline, but you have to be fair as well....this woman has not been fair to me ever since I started.

In the employee handbook it is stated that they promote good working ethics, by showing good working ethics and this woman has done no such thing. She is basically in violation of the very code of conduct the store promotes.

 

I might as well snap at this woman and yell at her and call her names and then say "Well, it is okay, I am just testing you." Yeah, I probably would get fired for that. So why si it that she can do this to me and keep her job, but if I even say one thing against her behavior....I could get fired?

Well, then I guess I quit. I don't want to work for a job like that and I shouldn't have to "suck it up" when I do not have to. This woman is NOT the boss of me and she will not control my life like that.

Enough reason for me to not give her the pleasure of quitting yourself. Let her be the one to quit for getting frustrated and not cracking you down.

Want an example? On my job, only two people have managed to break my patience. One of them will not work at my plant again (he's from another plant), the other got fired. What did I do? Simple. When I couldn't take it anymore, I reported them both to my boss. And even though my boss doesn't get along with me, he knew I was right. Keep in mind that, if you're thinking of what happened at my house, it my case it was everyone against me. However, in your work, I'm pretty darn sure that everyone is not against you. Heck,. even you have just admitted that this one woman is the only one giving you a hard time. Well then, take it to the boss then.

Working so hard to earn a job and because of one b... who's no even your boss you're going to quit? C'mon man!!!

Wow...originally I just came here to post something funny that I found (of coarse I didn't look for it) because you currently have "Do not disturb" on Skype at this very moment (that would explain your slogan there XD)...eh I still will, but congrats on getting the job, sticking to it despite the harassment, and getting your first paycheck... That's more then I've accomplished so far.

 

As for my image... I gotta say it's more hilarious if I posted the text with it, but I think you should know what it is (the usual "we harassed by NS fans" card)

Yup. The interesting news is the "creator" turned off commenting either because they could handle the amount of flack going on or because they refused to believe the few NaruSaku fans that likely posted in rebuttal. Regardless, I wasn't gonna post a damn thing because it's bad enough these "fans" go around harassing NaruSaku images.
