Hey slextrem/lauren Since I know a little Korean the reason why sakura got mad her parents is because her parents was nagging/joking about how sakura doesn't clean up her laundry well and so on. Basically her parents embarrassed her in front of everybody in that moment. I have to admit that scene was something I can relate to in with my parents when there nagging.

What did Naruto/Sakura said at the fence after Naruto stopped talking?

Yeah Korean is far from Spanish XD I must say though the Korean version was really well done. The voices matched the original Japanese voices rather well.

Wow, I can't believe they made a comment about how messy she is in front of everyone - friends and their parents! I would have reacted the same way! That's just embarrassing! But I am surprised to hear that Sakura is bad about picking up after herself. I always assumed she was a complete neat freak.

Except for Tobi's and Choji's (though his Japanese voice also annoys me for some reason)
Gai's voice matches the original so well that I could hardly tell the difference.

So, who you think got hurt worse: NH or SS

SasuSaku, definitely. It's like Kishi was dangling it in front of their shipper faces only to cruelly pull it away. Yeah, they got a moment. But look at the price. In order to have Sasuke show any type of attraction for her, he has to be a playboy who likes every other girl and still has no consideration for her feelings. What's worse is that Sakura's reaction was not "burst into tears, heartbroken" type, it was just a disappointed "I was so stupid'' follow-up. Even worse when Sakura instantly takes back her rude "Sasuke would understand" remark, rushes over to Naruto's, and looked very happy to see him to make it up to him. Then she got all selfless again and left Naruto so he could be happy with his parents. If I was a SasuSaku fan, especially after the advertisements that teased it in the beginning, I would be very disappointed and feel betrayed.

It gets even worse. Wow, I said that a lot. O.O This movie is just not SS. xD Before Sakura knows he's a playboy and kept Sasuke's rose, it was wilting away petal by petal. Nice symbolism of the "nice, interested Sasuke" only being a fantasy. I could also argue that this was Kishi implying SasuSaku will be sunk or is sunk.

As for NaruHina ... it got a pitiful focus. The only negative I can see for them in this movie was how Naruto immediately wanted to get away from her, still showing a lack of interest. But still, what it got is nothing to the massive trolling of SS. Though I can see the NaruSaku focus and teases probably stung too much/pissed them off a lot.

As for NaruHina ... it got a pitiful focus. The only negative I can see for them in this movie was how Naruto immediately wanted to get away from her, still showing a lack of interest. But still, what it got is nothing to the massive trolling of SS. Though I can see the NaruSaku focus and teases probably stung too much/pissed them off a lot.

People who watch the anime say that they skip over any scenes involving Sakura. Guess they'll have to skip through most of this movie.

That's true.

I must say that it's sad for NH because it seems like it's not a big deal as the love triangle. It's pretty much there for comedy routine, especially when Hinata asked Sakura about him and Naruto, who slightly blush replied. Naruto left and that was the end, while Sakura and Hinata has problems with each other.

It's like watching the movie in five minutes.

When the English subs are released I would like to hear sawyer's review of the movie. I remember when he made the first videos of the trailers he sounded excited (no surprise because of the NH) after the synopsis was revealed I think he sounded disappointed in the last video of the movie he made.

Tbh, I feel bad for the SasuSaku fans. Their pairing is already gone through murder attempts and Sakura losing faith in him, they go through enough trolls and pairing destruction enough. I mean their pairing is practically dead, clinging on for dear life to a rope that's almost cut up. And Kishi does this to them? Toy with AU Sasuke possibly liking Sakura, only to be a playboy? That's just no mercy and really painful. NaruHina gets its share of painful, "no mercy" trolls but this SS one? Kishi's outdone himself. It's just as good a pairing troll as 616, if not more painful.

@Gravenimage: Same. I'm very curious about it too. All I can say is, excuse my language, I'm watching that kitten. And then when I see the countless NaruHina fans trying to brush off the NS feel and make excuses, I'm reading that kitten with popcorn.

sakura protected naruto the whole time he was in the genjutsu and best of all she put up a way better fight then hinata did against pain well done kishi and that sad look on his face watching the girl he loves risk her life for him

Well to be fair, at least NH get a nice treat that won't make them canon, but can make them feel good. Fan service as you may say. Even without being able to understand anything I would still easily class that as the best Naruto movie, maybe its the NaruSaku fan in me but I think its more that it feels more authentic and closer to canon, I also really appreciate how there is virtually no new characters for the movie, the villain's from canon, there's no princess role. It feels like Kishi's world.

I am kind of shocked how much the reports and spoilers that came out of the release a few months ago downplayed Sakura's participation, I was under the impression she didn't really get to fight instead being relegated to solely the damsel role but I was pleasantly surprised to be wrong. She got more fights than she has in the manga in a good long time.

I briefly mentioned it a while ago but yeah after all the fan art, pictures, screenshots etc it is really odd seeing Menma with blond hair, it shouldn't be but for whatever strange reason it is.

Tbh I never gave much attention to the idea that Kishi was intentionally trolling fanbases but after watching it I can't think of any other way to describe it, especially with SasuSaku, it was like certain fan excuses got cranked up to eleven and then crushed (Naruto would notice Hinata if she was more assertive and if Sasuke wasn't so bent on revenge he would care about Sakura).

I'm trying to imagine what that movie would be and I think it would go something like this.

Movie starts as normal cutting out as many unnecessary scenes of Sakura as possible, the fight with Akatsuki happens, the scenes with the parents happen and Naruto and Sakura get transported to the alternate world where they meet Hinata and co. Then the movie just cuts to black and text pops up saying "upon taking one look at Hinata Naruto decided whatever world they were now in was an improvement, Naruto then preceded to run off with Hinata leaving Sakura at the park, alone and forgotten. The End".

I don't know about you guys but I think that's a massive improvement

True. Doesn't mean I can't enjoy some of the NaruHina fan's arguments that it's filler and it doesn't count when the movie was so obviously NS with Kishi behind it. Some NH arguments are really entertaining, XD especially Sawyer's followers.
