I see your point. The only reason Sasuke was the popular boy in the village and he was respected it's because he was the last of the Uchiha clan. The village took pity in him (without knowing a thing about the clan's true intentions with over throwing the Hokage and taking Konoha to themselves) because of the massacre. But I wonder if the massacre never took place then Sasuke will probably be popular but not to en extent and who knows if Sakura would never had a crush on him. I am certain the clan would never allow Sasuke to take Sakura for a future bride since she's from 'a no name clan'.

Exactly it's the same with the Hyuga clan they allowed internal marriage within the clan only. It's the only way to keep their bloodline pure and secure. They don't allow marriage outside of the clan, unless the elders allow it. Take for example in ep 166 (Hinata's filler confession), among those fillers they showed a picture of little Hinata with her fatheir Hiashi and her mother a woman who wasn't part of the clan (obviously because she didn't had the Hyuga eyes). I think the elders gave Hiashi permission to marry a woman outside of the clan.

A lot of the opposing fandoms seem to compare Team 7 and the Ame Orphans in the order they've been placed on either side of the page. So it basically goes Konan = Sakura, Nagato = Naruto and Yahiko = Sasuke.

What bothers me is that according to the opposing fandoms, because of the characters' positions on that page, SS seems to be some sort of "parallel" [can't find the right word] to YK, with Naruto and Nagato observing and being happy for their respective team pairings. It's not right though, since personality wise and ambition wise, Sasuke can't be compared to Yahiko. So I would like to know your thoughts about this. Due to Naruto's goals and personality, is it safe to say that he can be compared to both Yahiko and Nagato?

Sasuke, is, not in one single way like Yahiko. Not in a way at least I can see.
Nagato? That's a different story - but he's still not totally like Sasuke.

Konan, I can see - having the two love interests.

I can see how both Nagato/Yahiko can relate to Narus personality, but Sasusaku? I see nothing but a pile of BS coming from opposite fandoms.

We need ciardha or some other goodd manga observer god like person for this one.

...hmm i look at it like this

konan=sakura because she worries about the boys and cares for them

yahiko=naruto because they both have dreams to destroy hatred and keep the world at peace

nagato=sasuke cause they both lost things that were important to them, which caused them to go crazy (the eyes!!)

However, if I may say this AGAIN.. SS/NH fans are desperate.. and they will say anything is their moment.. when in truth it isn't.. I mean, how is a boy who sacrificed himself for Konan and Yagato like Sasuke at all, a boy who, instead of running from war with his friends trying to live, desides to grow on anger to (revenge) his clan. And then.. how is Konan like Sakura? Konan followed Yagato's wishes in destorying the world, and Sakura didn't follow Sasuke's.. as for Naruto and Nagato.. I would say they are somewhat similar, but so not fully similar.. Naruto as a kid was bullied from having a Kyuubi in him, while Nagato was with Konan and Yagato all along. I mean, come on SS/NH fans, read the details before making yourself look like you've only read 5 chapters.. *shakes head in disbelief*

It does exist it is called polyandry and it is much more rare than polygamy I learned this in my sociology class family and intimate relationships hope this little tidbit of information helps.

No it was just Yahiko. Or at the very least, it was implied that he had romantic feelings for Konan [as did Konan for Yahiko].

I think there was a chapter when they were blushing at each other in their hideout, while Nagato was smiling at them. I'll go and fetch the chapter later because I'm on WiiConnect24 atm.

i saw this pic before and i think i/m sure that it means naruto=yahiko, sasuke=nagato, sakura=konan because the personalities are almost the same and the things that happen to the Ame Orphans are very alike with what happened to team 7 (especially the romantic feelings between konan and yahiko which are the same with naruto and sakura), also what is written on the pic, for like an evidence to naruto=yahiko, i think it means the big dreams that yahiko had to make a world with justice and peace and for naruto the dreams he has which we all know what they are and still would striving them, like it should

Am i theo nly one who thinks it means absolutely nothing and that it's just a picture - and we're all assuming things because just because something has what looks like a parallel, it has to be a parallel?



I don't think it means anything and the opposite fandoms are getting to our head.


they dont have any similarities besides yahiko and naruto, and i don't even think that was a parallel. Naruto is just another good guy who wants peace. it doesnt mean every good guy who wants peace has to be compared with every past generation. especially if it isnt obvious.

i dont think theres any sense in racking our brains for this one.
