Yep!! I do the same, but I get upset when I can't find my OTP pictures xDI'm just saying that one should not just put all hopes into one manga- you never know until a manga is truly over.
And I'm kind of on the lookout for more unknown and more "literate" mangas XD

Apparently not. The way it was explained, he may have wanted to protect Kakashi, but the sharingan would have awakened because his hatred for the man that cut Kakashi. Plot holes everywhere, but Kishi says that hatred is what awakened it. Yup.
Lol he didn't have a clear bias against them at all XD
He did. It was established numerous times that he had a clear distrust of them

The sharingan is supposed to be unlocked when someone develops a strong friendship or love with someone. And they lose them or are in a stressful situation.

Regardless of that racist and distrustful attitude Tobirama expressed towards the Uchihas, he was simply stating facts in that moment if you ask me. He was being quite honest in front of Sasuke.
What did Tobirama do that was racist? Keep in mind, the Uchiha's didn't get put into their own separate corner of the village until after Minato died, well after Tobirama died. Consider that Tobirama did more for the Uchiha than the Uchiha did for themselves. So how was he racist?

Yeah, I think that was how Tobirama explained it.

Distrust of them doesn't mean he had a bias against. As I just said, he actually did more for the Uchiha than they did for themselves. He did far more for them than Hashirama and Hiruzen did. I can't count Minato or Tsunade in that because Minato died before he could do anything, and there were no Uchiha's when Tsunade took the reign.

That's my impression of him. He was incredibly distrustful of them and created that police station to secretly spy the Uchihas.
However, I'll admit that I also take into account personal experiences made me view him as a racist person. The way he treats the Uchihas reminds me of a few people in my own life that acted like him, and that I deemed racists.
I don't remember too much of the details in Naruto though, and I won't bother rereading the history wiki pages and specific flashback chapters. So if I happen to miss something, sorry about that.
Regardless of all that, I still liked Tobirama.

Of course he would be distrustful, he spent his entire childhood, and much of his adult life fighting the Uchiha. The Uchiha killed members of his family and his clan. Why shouldn't he be distrustful of them? It was assumed by Obito that Tobirama's motivation was to monitor them, but context matters. When he said that, he was trying to incite Sasuke against Konoha. When Sasuke called Tobirama out on it, Hashirama got angry at Tobirama. There might not have been a person that Tobirama respected more than Hashirama, yet when Hashirama got mad at Tobirama, he literally told Hashirama to shut the kitten up.That's my impression of him. He was incredibly distrustful of them and created that police station to secretly supervise the Uchihas.
If Tobirama hated them so much, why would he even give them the police force? He consolidated the power of the bureaucracy and literally handed the Uchiha the second most powerful position in the village, short of only the hokage. If the Hokage's regime makes the laws, the police enact them. What good are laws if the people that enforce them choose not to? The police was made up entirely of Uchiha, which means the power to interpret laws and act on them rested in the hands of one group. They literally had all the power of the law in their hands, given to them by Tobirama out of the belief that they could help the village, and it wasn't enough for them.
