Ok? He was injured. FSU's secondary was banged up as well. Injuries happen. And yes, Cook would have still made big plays. Maybe not as many, but he's one of the best in the game. One offsides call doesn't offset what happened during the game. For most of the game Michigan was outplayed and out coached. Michigan lost, but it wasn't because of officiating.
Peppers was the JJ Watt of our defense. Without our centerpiece/king, we are so much less. Plus, Bowls don't matter as much anymore. You had a big guy wait 3 seconds to run out of the endzone. Only reason he went 70 yards instead of 20 was because everyone gave up on the play. Regular season game fighting for the playoffs, that never happened to us. Players care too much about injuries, and don't try no where near as much on defense or special teams. Bowl games are becoming like the Pro Bowl is in professional sports. A fun event for friends and family, but not about the game. That's why the best sit out, and the game is slowed down.
