Scores for the late games

Raiders 13 Eagles 9
Cardinals 27 Seahawks 3
Patriots 59 Titans 0

No excuses, outplayed, outcoached, and they executed much better than Philly did. O-line was pathetic. Disgusting play all around. They wanted it more and they got it. Beating the skins won't be enough, they better smash them to make up for this pos game.

We always have these games. Last year it was the tie in cincy. I pray the cards get lucky and beat the giants next week so we can gain some ground.

All I can say is: Bring on the Bills, we need winnable games and that is certaintly a winnable game. Jake really needs to get out of his funk for Arizona and New Orleans.

I know Jake hasn't been the best QB for the last year or two, but I didn't expect the prolonged tumble head-first down a cliff. Is Moore still your backup? I know Jake signed that extension in the off-season, but how much is guaranteed? In other words, how much is Carolina on the hook for if they cut Delhomme?

Matt Moore and A.J. Feely are our back-ups.

It's not so much that as that Fox is really loyal to Delhomme. Maybe he just needs a kick in the pants. Better quaterbacks have been bench when they've got through periods like this.

I'm not high on Feely, but I think it's worth seeing what they have in Moore, but that won't happen until they're completely out of it, and they're not right now. I'm not saying to get rid of Jake, but maybe a benching will do him some good. They sad thing is, they don't need a Drew Brees. They run too much for that anyway. They just need some competent who won't hand the other team points so often. It's just killing them this year.

I suspect in the next couple years they'll be drafting a QB. They really need to find a solution. Williams and Stewart are too good to waste.

I'm really hoping the Eagles win this next game. Losing to the raiders when your a very capable team
is kinda embarrassing. But I'm still confident that the Eagles will win the next game.

kinda? I was pissed. But I think they'll be alright. The team has to mature though.

Taking 2 out of 3 would be ideal and it's not impossible.

I think they'll win but im still worried about our o-line matched up with their D line. We thought herremans, and the andrew brothers would be starting but things haven't worked out at all. Not youve got Haynesworth to deal with, even though hes banged up. The one thing that I think helps us win is Portis is also beat up and their o-line is missing two starters as well. They MUST cover cooley.

I'm pretty sure we ill win. But you bring up a good point with our O line and their D line. I'm hoping our guys hold up.
Portis hasn't been playing well recently in my opinion so that helps us out too. Cooley will be a big problem if they let him get going. But I have confidence. happy.gif

@Illmatic: ok ok! I was putting it lightly but I was more disappointed then mad. Which in some peoples opinions is worse. But like I said I'm confident they'll win next game.

If you don't win, Andy Reid should resign and McNabb should retire.

I deliberately exaggerate, but seriously, the Redskins barely beat St. Louis, lost to the Lions AND Chiefs, and blew a 17-2 third quarter lead to then winless Carolina. To lose to the Raiders is painful. To lose to the Raiders and then the Redskins is almost inexcusable.

So at Chiefs practice there was a scare. Some of the players found this white powdery substance. So they called the KCPD and they check it out. They told them not to worry. It turns out that white substance was the goal line and no one on their team has seen it before! Yeah it's lame but I couldn't resist.
Spock it, lock it, rocket, explode it, reload it.

Final scores

Packers 31 Browns 3
Texans 24 49ers 21
Chargers 37 Chiefs 7
Colts 42 Rams 6
Patriots 35 Buccaneers 7
Steelers 27 Vikings 17
Bills 20 Panthers 9
Jets 38 Raiders 0
Bengals 45 Bears 10
Cowboys 37 Falcons 21
Saints 46 Dolphins 34

Vikings no longer undefeated after suffering their first loss against the champs. The Pats London visit went as planned with a route of the winless Bucs, when will Josh Freeman get the nod for Tampa? Bengals roll Da Bears, as the Jets massacre the Raiders in their own house(SEE THAT REID!1!? IT'S NOT IMPOSSIBLE).

The Gmen and the Cards are currently underway in today's last matchup.

425 yards of offense and 9 points. That's what happens when you keep turning the ball over. The story of the 2009 Panthers. Turnovers, turnovers, turnovers.

They totally deserved to lose that game.
