What's the point of you guys? That Obito is less of a scum than Sasuke because he tried to help Naruto in the last few minutes of his life? or what?
After Sasuke was stopped by Naruto, didn't he help Naruto to free everyone? Doesn't that count as the same of what Obito did? Or Obito has extra-points for doing it before dying?
The earning of points was never the question, it was merely about the fact that Sasuke got a free pass. He has zero accountability for his actions, and there were zero consequences.
I agree with the last sentence that Obito and Sasuke are both a scum.
If you're going to talk about how Obito chose to end his last moments of life it's only fair to make a comparison on what Sasuke would do at the last moments of his life if he was in a same situation. And regards to Sasuke running away, I don't disagree but IMO Obito ran away too. Instead of trying to live and amend for his mistakes he took the easy way out by 'dying like a hero' in a blaze of glory.
As for trying to make up for the mistakes by fighting alongside Naruto and fighting the villain, Sasuke has done them in the LAST and in chapter 699. So I don't see how Obito's actions count and Sasuke's doesn't.
I would agree that both ran from their problems, however I would say that in Obito's situation, there really wasn't any other option. Both Naruto and Sasuke had to survive, and at that point both eyes were in Obito. Kamui couldn't be used on both Naruto and Sasuke as a result, so Obito had no other choice but to act as he did in that situation. There was no other option except death for Obito. If you choose to look at it as Obito was running away, then it's important to note that while Obito ran, he saved a life, whereas Sasuke was merely running for himself.
Sasuke fought in the Last?
