Thanks for the response to my question.
Well the theme will probably become clear within the next couple of chapters. The last volume was family and regrets; next, I don't know. I'm kinda reluctant to make a prediction and be wrong, but I thing the next themes could be love and sacrifice.
You know, I would love that because that is something that can fit now since Naruto is up against a god and he will put his life on the line to save everyone. Oddly enough, Sakura is now entering to this stage. Obito can sacrifice something (his life mainly) from the TnJ. Yes, still thinking this will happen. As for love, of course, not just for parallel, but for Obito's character. If there's one way to stop the tree, you either kill him or convince him, Mass Effect style. If true with that theme, it will be a great last theme to the arc.

Hmmm that does seem like a good possibility, but of course we do need to wait. Considering the fact that Chapter 648 is gonna be set up chapter, I guess we're just gonna have to hold on to our seats for Chapter 649 as well.
I know, I'm trying not to get my hopes up anyway. Best to be surprised. It's just that the end of this arc should be meaningful and a message in many ways. This is the finale right here. Well, the arc that is. I want to know what's next and how this all plays out. Honestly, the latest chapter cliffhanger left so many desires and I can only hope the direction that I thought would happen. Not exact, but a good amount. Obito's part is what got me the most concerned, because he's being buildup to have a big payoff in the end, so anything less would be disappointing. Don't let me down.

True if anything I feel like this final fight between Naruto and Obito will be the same as Naruto vs Pain, not in strength, but the impact will most likely be the same. Besides I don't wanna get my hopes too much for this volume, but i guess we'll just have to see how it plays out.
THAT'S WHAT HEROES DO, THEY SAVE PEOPLE!!

This..... is by far the best theory I have ever seen regarding Sakura's seal. Only question is, if Kishi will follow through.
Haha well, thank you! I just hope that when Sakura releases her seal, if she's using regenerative jutsu, Kishi does mention how she's able to make up for the fact that she's not Senju/Uzumki. It wouldn't make sense for Tsunade to allow her to use that level of jutsu unless she had some sort of protective, compromising measure.

Click me, and then click on the button once a day and help (non-human) animals!
These two never fail to make me smile, I highly recommend this video!

They're both sexual beings --
unlike Sasuke-- but Sakura hasn't had the chance to wander the world like Naruto has, one things for sure though, when these two get together they'll have kinky sex all over.
I remember when first reading Naruto, each time Naruto would say that he'd surpass the Hokage I remember thinking "How will Kishimoto bring them back to show us that Naruto has surpassed them for sure?" and sure enough, he did. In the same way, given all the hints that Sakura is to surpass Tsunade, I'd be surprised if Kishimoto didn't give us an obvious example of how she has surpassed her. You do bring up a good point, and that's something that I hope Kishimoto will address if Sakura is shown to use regenerative jutsu similar to Tsunade, it actually wouldn't be difficult to do. Tsunade's jutsu speeds up the healing process, Sakura's jutsu could easily involve literally reversing cellular damage as opposed to increasing the rate of body's own healing mechanism, thereby negating the adverse effects, and illustrating that Tsunade has been surpassed. Or, Kishimoto could say that Sakura did some sort of carnosine therapy (to increase carnosine levels in her body when using regenerative jutsu), resulting in her body now having the ability to mimic Senju and Uzumaki traits.
I'd be surprised if Sakura didn't do something seemings self-sacrificial and effective to save Naruto at some point, Chiyo's words foreshadowed it, Sakura been upset that she couldn't do more for Naruto since the Sai-Sasuke arc, Sakura was given way too much focus in response to Hinata's actions during the Pain arc and this arc, Sakura's insistance that they'll do things together (that she's there with him), and her focus during the was being on the notion that she'll do what she can to ease Naruto's burden --the fact that she's resigned to do only little things now, makes it seem to me that she'll get the chance to do something major. That doesn't mean it'll happen, I'm not the greatest at this whole predicting game, but I think it's there in the story. Haha, we'll see.
I think the same thing, since Kishi is finishing the dots, i belive he will make Sakura do some great thing for Naruto.

I honestly hope you are wrong morgaine4.
In relation of being bad at the guessing game, 'cause these predictions are great.

I think we can say that Sakura will have another role yet aside from the OR and NS parallel coming up.
It's very probable that she'll be the one saving Shikamaru and either fighting/supporting Naruto, or she and Tsunade will fight alongside. The latter I don't think it's that much possible though.
Bolded: In order for the OR parallel to happen, Sakura have to interfere and her jumping in front of Naruto is very possible. Only if Obito knew already that Naruto loves her and goes to kill her to affect Naruto, or noticed something from Naruto.
Is it possible that Obito got the flashes of memories from Naruto's mind? If so, then that would provide him with a little insight into him.
Rin was also a medical nin so all it would take is confirmation that Sakura is on his team and he should be able to put it together.

I bet from the sudden way shika is down, he'll act as a neji to sakura. neji was down to make hinata relevant again, and i think shika is down to make sakura relevant now. this is the right time for sakura to shine!

Plus Sakura healing the whole alliance on top of a huge Katsuyu is a very visible sight.

All I can hope for is some damn Sakura involvement. Hopefully Kishi doesn't sideline her again..

Me too.
I want her to give a birthday present to Naru ^^

^Sakura will play a vital role in the following chapters,I am sure of it :3 . After all , she is the main heroine and she is chained to the main plot so i believe she will solicit in the main battle , i am certain. It makes sense from her war speech, she wants to do something major to help Naruto, so this could be it ^-^.

Pretty sure Obito knows about Naruto and his team...considering Akatsuki has been watching him, even before his birth.
