If Sakura had been the one to jump out in front of Pain, for once I wouldn't mind watching a filler episode
What filler...??? If Sakura had jumped in front of Nagato, then Studio Pierrot will just cut the whole scene by 10 seconds.

Wouldn't that be a little bit hypocritical... If Hinata does it, she's selfish and suicidal. If Sakura does it it's sweet? Uh... Wasn't Sakura the one who believe that he could handle it on his own? If she was the one to jump out instead of Hinata I really think that'd go against her character somehow..
Never said that it would be right if Sakura did it, all I said was that I wouldn't mind a filler about Naruto saving Sakura when she was a kid
@Strangelove
They probably would, but if Sakura says she loves Naruto then they're are going to filler that for ratings

@Tsuki Hoshino
I completely agree with what you posted.
The sad thing for Hinata is, the focus is always 'I', instead of 'You'.
if you look at both Naruto or Sakura, regardless of where they stand now... They always put their own feeling/desire as a second priority.
Naruto with hospital scene when Tsunade first arrived, the POAL, beaten by Darui, and many more.
Sakura with Tenchi bridge scene, the confession (no matter how you look at it, she's willing to kill Sasuke to relieve Naruto's burden), and many more.
You know I always wonder if Kishimoto is taking a swing back at the fans who gave him those nasty letters and fans demanding that Hinata is a better heroine than Sakura or if he honestly find Hinata behavior endearing and cute.
I mean Naruto likes Sakura and he is not being shy about it and Sakura really cares about him, can Hinata also notice that?
Honestly at this point I don't know what to think anymore, because this isn't cute anymore it looks obsessive and creepy.

It's so fitting that Sakura's summon is pink.
EDIT: Assuming it's the same slug as the one on that old volume cover.

I made a funny meme for this but I can't figure out how to post images for the new H@E 2.0

Poor Sai, finally gets some screen time where he tries to join team 7...... and gets knocked to the side. I feel bad for him but it was kinda funny at the same time

On that cover her slug is red.
I honestly want to see interaction between the summons next chapter, or soon. I want to know more about Sasuke's snake and Sakura's slug, what differences they have from Katsuyu and Manda (if there are any).
For now I'm more interested in Sakura getting the news about Tsunade's condition while struggling with what actions to take only for Naruto to give her the OK.
I'm far more interested in Sakura saving Tsunade and her master noticing her growth before they all head back to the war.

I'm puzzled as to why some fans think Naruto "owes" Hinata an official response, or that Kishimoto will have failed if he doesn't meet reader expectations for a specific form of closure for Hinata.
I mean, it took Naruto 631 chapters to admit out loud that he wants Sakura to be his girlfriend. I have a really difficult time imagining him confronting Hinata about her feelings, his lack of feelings, or his feelings for Sakura. Something like that isn't Naruto's strong suit, and why would anyone want to see a shy girl like Hinata be put through it just to hear bad news?
"H-hey Hinata, thanks for caring about me and everything, but I love Sakura-chan, okay? Sorry. Don't faint-tebayo!"
I don't know. It just seems like an emotional hornet nest that Kishimoto wouldn't want to go anywhere near. Much better to have a panel or two -- like #450 -- where Hinata sees that Naruto is happy with Sakura, and she's happy for him. No muss, no fuss. Done.
Naruto wants Sakura. While Hinata appears to still be seeking deeply personal inspiration from Naruto, that doesn't mean any more now than it ever did. Her relationship with Naruto exists mostly in her head, and it's more in line with Kishimoto's style -- and the direction the story seems to be going -- to leave it there.
So... moving on.
Since Tsunade was bisected I expected her to die, and now with Sakura's rise and the Hokage seat so hotly contested, I really can't see her surviving. Will she make it to the current battlefield? Or will Naruto and Sakura not be with her when she dies?
Will Gaara have anything more to do in the war, or will he be sidelined from now on?
Is anyone else going to die? Besides Obito, most likely?
Will Sai get another shot at glory?
I can't help feeling that Kishimoto is holding Lee and Tenten in reserve for something special, and I'd LOVE to see it. How are they going to fit into the fight?
As of right now, who is your vote for ultimate/final villain of the story? Is there just one?
Yeah, I have a lot of questions....

Well, his technique is based on art and didn't he already show one when he got angry for the first time? So yeah, it's all based on art.Yea especially since he hasn't appeared since 573. Too bad he wasn't able to show a new technique, he just turned out to be another victim.

Yes that was 615.

I am also wondering about Tsunade's fate and I doubt she will make it. If she does make it through, she will have deal with Sasuke. I don't see him asking her to become Hokage nicely and all that. I also think it's an awesome theory that after the battle Sakura may go and search for Tsunade and have some character growth and interaction with Tsunade. It's hard to see Tsunade die without seeing Naruto and Sakura before, so hopefully they will meet up ^^. I miss Gaara a lot.
Poor plot device Sai I don't think it will be the end of his spotlight quite yet. I feel like in the future, he's going to be doing important things...

It's rather good and bad that Sakura got all these Tsunade's related skills because Kishi seems to be the type of person that if you have the same move only greater, your predecessor will die. Maybe because Jiraiya died before Naruto officially became greater than him made me think this way. I hope she survives to see Sakura and tell her how proud but Jiraiya suffered the same fate of not telling Naruto about how proud he was. It's scary to think that she might not live. What's worse is that the Hokage's title seems to be the next phase of the series, so her out of the way will escalate the new title quickly. I guess that's why Kishi used those screentime of Naruto becoming very famous from his village as a indication that the next title will belong to Naruto, but someone will get in the way (Sasuke). So this is getting more intense for the future, but if Tsunade dies. I hope not. We can only hope.

I check it out after my reply it's not Pink but it isn't Red either it's a mix of Orange, Red and Brown something like that.
I won't post the Image because I still cannot use spoiler tag.

Yeah, I have a lot of questions....
I never understood why people want an official response from Naruto to Hinata either. It's not like her love for him is significant to the plot. The only romance that is likely to be addressed by the end is the one involving the hero - the one that Hinata has no part in.
Anyway, as for your questions...
I don't see how its possible for her to make it to the battlefield, and there's no way that Naruto and Sakura are going to be leaving the battlefield either. I predict that they'll learn about her passing whenever the Kages are able to return to the fight, and she'll get her own chapter. It will likely come up whenever Kishimoto gets around to Hashirama's fight with Madara, seeing as she's his granddaughter and it was his opponent that killed her. Will that provide some motivation to win? Certainly. Though I am worried about how that news will affect Naruto and primarily Sakura...
I'm sure Gaara will play a role along with the other Kages once they're well enough to make it over the battle. He is the commander of this whole operation, after all. I think it would be neat to see him and Naruto fighting side-by-side as future Hokage and Kazekage.
Other than Tsunade, it's hard to tell if any other characters are going to die. I feel as though it would be redundant to have more of the K11 die, given the lesson that Naruto already learned when Neji died. I'm a little worried about Kakashi, though. I keep worrying that he'll end up stuck in that dimension if he kills Obito, even though we've seen Obito move in and out of it on his own.
About Sai, I'm not sure. The fight seems to be growing beyond what the Rookies and Sai are capable of handling. They may have one more moment of glory with the summons holding back the big boys, but I can't see them having much more of a role from this point onward.
I also feel that Lee and Tenten are going to have some kind of role in the future. At least, I hope that's the case. Lee is my favorite of the K11, so I would like to see him do more in the fight. If Kishimoto gives them nothing after losing their teammate, I'll be upset. They deserve to land at least one hit each on the Juubi for killing Neji.
At this point, I can't tell who the big bad guy is. Obviously Madara is the most powerful one there, but there's also the Juubi, (it can count as a villain, sort of), and possibly Orochimaru. I'm no longer including Obito though. He was obviously just a puppet.
Posted 07 June 2013 - 06:07 AM
I think the main thing that's really making the final villain hurt is the fact Kishi said that Naruto vs. Sasuke is the final battle. We need to know what's at stake for these two and this chapter already hinted that Sasuke is not liking Naruto's new power. To make matter worse, Juubi is NOT going to be defeated as in getting killed off, rather just sealed. That's not good because anyone can take it. Well, not anyone but those who has the requirement to be its master can do it at anytime. I don't know who can do it but I guess that's where the excitement is at. I think Obito can do it since he said something that he could have, but I don't think he will do it. Madara can't due to his body. So yeah, we have to wait and see. Also, I do get the feeling that stuff like those are usually something that we will see no matter what, minus something auto-end of the world. If that's truly the case, the idea of being jinchuuriki seems like it won't let go. So yeah...

Does Sakura need to know about Tsunade right now? She should focus on fighting with Naruto and Sasuke.
