It's harsh of you to hate her because Kishi keeps on toturing her, and not letting anything good ever happen to her.

She'd need more character depth to make me feel genuinely sorry for her. I can't sympathize with an underdeveloped childhood crush.

spamming a crucial scene of "falling in love for someone" through teaser trailers would be only a stupid move... But i can expect everything from them since they spammed Kakashi as new hokage too through jacket books and trailers... suspence 0. I hope they cannot be so morons.

Idk if it's true or not tbh. It could be, it could not be. I was arguing with some person who said I was wrong and I think I shot them down with the argument they used. Honestly it's all just speculation, so it doesn't really matter if I'm wrong or not. If you wanna read more on the whole issue I made a blog entry on it. XD

If the manga does indeed show an endgame pairing, there's no reason to keep any suspense.

If the manga does indeed show an endgame pairing, there's no reason to keep any suspense.

What if it doesnt?That will make their "transparency" all the more intriguing.They could have gotten more revenue had they kept the subject ambiguous as more fans would queue up to watch the movie out of curiosity rather than tell the canon pairing in which case they are discouraging other shippers from watching the movie

-shakes head- To me, NH is just....crap. It's not because of what it is, but how ridiculous it has become. I continue to play it all in my head and I can't stand it. I can't stand how most Naruto fans thinks it is so good or so amazing because they think Hinata deserves so much. She may be a sweet girl, but she has major problems and it is sickening. This whole concept is sickening and it is even more sickening how many just support it. It's sad how so many just pity Hinata. They pity her so much that they don't expect her to earn anything. They just expect her to gain it all because they feel sorry for her. They know it too, but they don't see it as a bad thing.

I have developed such a hatred for Hinata, but I am not sure why I hate her anymore. Her character alone is not what I hate, but the fact that so many just think she is so perfect when she isn't. How many think she is the greatest girl ever made when she is nothing more than a pretty face and big kittens. She is just practically a moe character that is kind of an air head. Not stupid, she is just...why? Why do people feel she deserves so much when she doesn't do half the things a real person would? When her selfish behavior is praised, but for others it is looked down upon? Why?

It is sickening to think that NH has a chance because of a stupid movie that asspulls so much into it and makes no sense. Is that all this pairing is? Asspulls and nonsense? I can't...no, I won't accept that 700 chapters of Naruto struggling and hurting and loving so much is going to be wasted on a girl who doesn't even seem to appreciate it. Who doesn't even seem to want Naruto to be happy.

It feels almost like Hinata is trying to guilt trip people. "Oh I am so stupid because I am weak and shy. Oh Woe is me. I have this scarf to express my feelings, but I can't do it because woe is me." This is a love story? To feel sorry for this girl who can't even think of anybody, but herself? This is not a happy story. This feel more like a guilt trip to force us to accept Hinata as a pathetic girl and I hate it. I hate it very much. NH fans wants us to see her as this pathetic girl who we should pity and "deserves to be happy cause she had a hard life with her father."  A hard life even she didn't give a crap about. All of a sudden jumping in front of a bullet makes you worthy of love and apparently, we have to change Naruto to suit Hinata's needs?

If this love affair was real, I would say that Naruto was being guilt tripped into being with Hinata with all of Hinata's "friends" just bullying Naruto until he gets with her. "You don't deserve her, Naruto. You're a scumbag if you ignore her." Well, why would you want a supposed scumbag like Naruto be with a "delicate flower" like Hinata anyway? Wouldn't she be happy with a better man?

That's all the feelings I am getting from this "NaruHina" pairing. People feel sorry for Hinata because they believe she has had a hard pathetic life and want her to have Naruto because supposedly he brings her happiness. Because supposedly Naruto has no will of his own and has to be guilt tripped into being with a girl he does not want. God forbid Naruto is too busy to give Hinata anything or give her attention, people might throw a fit. "Naruto, you need to treat Hinata better."

-sigh- I am sorry, I am just venting. I just don't see Hinata truly appreciating Naruto and none of her fans truly appreciate Naruto either.

But James, Hinata loves Naruto. Her love for him is so pure. I mean she fell for him ever since they were kids. And it's absolutely adorable.

While all the other girls were busy with Sasuke; Hinata only gave her love to Naruto. By hiding in the shadows and not doing anything to help Naruto. And when she finally did, she decided that a confession is better than you know actually saving him. Do you just love her?

 

I agree with you. Right now to me this feels similar to Sasuke. The fact that Sasuke had  a "crappy" childhood and we should feel sorry for him.

When in reality almost every single character had a crappy childhood. But we're only supposed to fell sorry for Hinata and Sasuke since they matter the most. I mean who the hell is Naruto? And why should we care about his struggles?

It's sad that people want a side character and a badly written antagonist that changes his mind on a whim to get what they deserve.

When this story is about main character's journey.
