I'm read comments about this chapter on two forums and none of them mentioned naru/hina, i think the problem is people overreacting too much, who cause this is always shippers who get overreated, i almost tried to erase all my naruto episdoes when the spoiler told that neji told naruto to take care of hinata, when the guy just lied.

Well the forum that I was originally from is discussing it. Of course many of us originated in different areas of the Internet so we are bound to encounter different responses to this week's chapter. I must say, it's not exactly an enjoyable experience being in the minority opinion, having your favorite pairing and characters constantly criticized or generalized because of their personal misconceptions about them.

I mean, it's new for me to know that Obito can use Rinnetensei No Jutsu. Kishi doesn't give us some hint like this just for nothing ya know.
My prediction :

Sakura's protecting Naruto and is killed by Obito to show our hero what real despair is. He will know hell like Obito did when Rin, the one he loved, died in front of him.
Sakura before dying will probably realise her love for Naruto. Remember what Itachi said : It's when you're going to die that you will realise who you really are.
Death will realise Sakura of her feelings for Naruto. Naruto will do his confession while crying to see the girl he loves dissapearing little by little.

After that, Naruto will proove to Obito that even if he lost his beloved one, he will never become like him.
Naruto will kick his ass and make him understand he's wrong, that all what Obito didn't believed in anymore always exist.
Naruto will know Obito's pain after loosing Sakura, and Obito will listen to him this time, and will become a good guy.

We know that Rinnetensei can ressurect people in exchange of your own life. Obito confirmed it to Madara.
He will use the jutsu to ressurect Sakura-chan for Naruto, and give him the hapiness that wasn't given to him.




That's how I see NaruSaku happen.

Each rookie team is going throught this despair, last chapter it was Ino and Shika, now this chapter is Neji and Hinata.

Wait tell Sakura shows up Obito will teach Naruto a lesson and try to kill Sakura to show him how he feels when he lost Rin.

Hinata wont take Sakuras place here.Narutos feelings for Sakura make sense of the ObitoRin/NaruSaku parallel. so im not worried.

I actually wouldn't mind this. Maybe it can be the cliffhanger before the break? (Or perhaps the cliff hanger would be Shikimaru going through with his father's plan most likely). But we've seen Sakura almost getting hurt two times. Maybe this time there won't be a miss in the future. But I won't hold my breath for this either xD. Kishi's kind of not predictable at this point.

I was thinking something along the lines of this happening as well, I also think it would fit well with the whole "naruto can change anyone" thing.

How about Obito simply kills her. Since Sakura wouldn't be putting herself in front of Naruto then it wouldn't be a repetition.

Although, there's still Chiyo's last words about Sakura protecting someone that's important to her next time. So maybe she could get in the middle of an attack. Or maybe Chiyo's words were never meant as foreshadowing. What I would hate is if that someone turns out to be Sasuke, that would just be...

I think the next chapter will have Naruto and Sakura ( and the rest) finding out about Tsunade giving her life to save the other Kage's....that could somewhat start team 7 development? or is it too soon? I think something could happen to Sai....Kishimoto has always found a way to use Sai to not only learn about feelings(from Naruto and Sakura)...but to show the bond with Naruto and Sakura....his final moment....will have something to do with Naruto and Sakura...and how he will now...completely understand their feelings...

When you put it that way it makes sense that the person Sakura has to protect is Naruto.

Besides, we already got that panel in the Summit arc in which Sakura decided she wouldn't be involved anymore in the conflict between Naruto and Sasuke.

I could see it this way:
- Obito is about to stab Naruto, but Sakura gets in the middle and gets stabbed in his stead. ( I think it would be different from Neji since the one he protected was actually Hinata, although Naruto made it more about him )
- As Obito sees himself stabbing Sakura he flashbacks to that vision he got of Kakashi killing Rin. I think the point of making Obito first see Rin being stabbed through Kakashi's POV is so that he can remember that exact image when he does it to Sakura.
- Naruto gets emotional, maybe something happens between him and Sakura as she dies
- Obito realizes the parallel between him and Rin compared to Naruto and Sakura
- Naruto keeps moving forward to defeat Obito who's resolve starts to waver seeing as how Naruto did not take the same path as he did. Also, Obito realizes that he has become the same darkness that led Rin to die.
- Eventually Obito has his change of heart and Sakura is brought back to life

Many things would happen in between, but those are the point I wanted to bring up in relation to Naruto and Sakura.

I know some people don't want Obito to be redeemed, but I think as of now it's building up to it. Besides, we still don't know why Kakashi had to kill Rin, so I'm assuming that's being saved for a later date because it will prove significant for Obito's character development.

EXACTLY! Or at least that's what I tell myself every time I think of that possibility. Wouldn't make sense though.

Oh yea, and that too xD. The only time I see her showing up is at the end. Maybe Naruto almost dies then and she says something really emotional and all that good stuff, like the OVA (still hoping for something like that).

The only problem I have with that plan is picturing it >.<. With all those people, how exactly is it going to go down. And honestly I saw him being redeemed from the moment Kakashi wasn't given a chance to explain why he killed Rin =/. And him and Madara never really got along so. And then the final boss will be Sasuke ...or Madara if he escapes.

People just come down. Why do you think Kishi is not showing Sakura with Naruto most of the time, since the clone had rescued Sakura and Shizune. I honestly hope you guys didn't forget the scene where Naruto and Sakura started to have a conversation before Kishi had cut it off from where Naruto said, "I see you're not hurt, Sakura-chan."

Think again people, Kishi has never forgotten that Naruto loves Sakura. He just hiding anything that would lead to a NS development like the H&E bridge scene when Yamato said that she really cares for Naruto. Sakura was stammering and could not answer Yamato coherently. Kishi cut that off by awaking Naruto.

If NS is his go to pairing woudn't you think that he would save his ace for last and weave out the non canon pairings first by gving NH and SS some interaction first?
