Can someone who has read Kodachi's past works tell me how good his writing is? Because simply learning that "Kishimoto isn't writing the new Boruto manga" isn't exactly comforting to hear.

He only did the novel of Gaara and the movie. One thing to be warned is his wanking on Sasuke is greatly known.

He only did the novel of Gaara and the movie. One thing to be warned is his wanking on Sasuke is greatly known.

 

 

This is the same novel where Gaara supposedly fell in love with a girl that looks like Yashamaru? The same Yashamaru that is practically Gaara's mom's twin in looks? (Maybe they are twins?) I guess even Gaara never managed to escape the unfortunate implications that have been plaguing everyone since the ending...

The people who are writing the tropes and comments are proenders so take what they say with a grain of salt but this is the only thing this guy has worked on other then the bolt novel. Which since in theory kishi wrote the story means he just adapted it into novel form or he co wrote the movie.

Going from top to bottom(...maybe not):

That image of mitsuki and one image of bolt is the best drawn thing on that side other then that one image of salad covered by the text(which is the only face that looks any way decent).

 

Whelp I was right Salad new outfit is open up with the bow tie and sexy bandages.

 

My God... what happened to Sasuke? His face is broader and they added curls to the bottom of his hair.

 

Are those two things to the right of bolt's face Sakura and Ino? Ugh.

 

Whelp they can't draw hinata or the daughter at all either. Which is shocking. That's the one thing I expected them to be somewhat competent at.

 

Konohamaru looks fine and to be honest that look was never good on Naruto. Edit: Wait never mind it looks like Naruto's hair has gain sentience and is trying to leave his head. which means it's the only thing that looks like it has life on those images.

 

But wow that penciling on Bolt in the center image looks like a grade-schooler did it. It's very unsteady lines.

 

Also their aren't may detailed background everything very simple especially when you compare it to kishi's art.

 

Well I now know why they need a month for each chapter. This artwork. If it takes him a month to do this then...wow.

Women seems in trouble outside of Sarada I think. Then again, you can argue that she has male more or less head design, but who knows. Yeah, I think I'll be singing Doraemon theme song now.

Maybe not writing, though one shot seems ok for his own writing ability, I think, but art, yes. Those faces from the new manga looks odd, especially women. I...really don't know...

Reading the TvTropes article is making me rage all over again.

 

So they turned Gaara into an emotionally inept person just like Naruto? Gaara, the same person who was able to understand Kimimaru's feelings of love and devotion towards Orochimaru when Lee couldn't? The same Gaara that tried to reach out to Sasuke and empathized with the dude at the Kage Summit on Naruto's behalf? The same Gaara who finally realized that his mother loved him, and was supported by his siblings' love and loyalty?

 

Also, LOL Shijima (the girl that Gaara supposedly falls in love with, the one that resembles Yashamaru) has the Sharingan. I don't even-

Man, my curiosity for the Boruto manga is turning into dread...

Oh, and confirmed: Boruto Naruto Next Generations. That's the title. Why? Because...I don't know. Generations is cliche and 80s.

...To be honest that maybe the case cause this is going to hurt the new manga more then it helps. One it shows how much better the old was. Two even by new manga standards this art is crappy.

I didn't even read that page cause I could guess what it would say but didn't know about the Gaara being like Naruto in the last thing.Thank you for stepping on that landmine for me and informing us what was on that page. 

 

No sadly they didn't forget her she is right next to her mother like always...It just she is very poorly drawn.

To desperately remind us that this is THE Naruto sequel. So if you a fan of Naruto you should support this. And since that made the title in English they still have it grammatically wrong Boruto: Naruto's Next Generation.
