I think all the Kages are still there. If they are conscious or not I'm not sure, but I think they are still there.
As for Tsunade I think she is conscious and alive, also reattached but not in any fighting condition. So yeah 3.

He might give her an ultimatum, "If you do this for me when you're in one piece again, I'll fix you".

 

He can't heal her of course, but he might use a forbidden jutsu on her that as many have said..delays her death.

 

I highly doubt he travelled all the way there to finish her off for fun.

Now then, as for Orochimaru, well this is tricky. Who's plan is it to go to Tsunade? Hard to think it's Sasuke since he doesn't care about anyone but himself for his "plan". Sasuke and others took the longest to arrive to the scene, let alone only Juugo with Sasuke. Why? Since all Hokages were present to the scene, is it possible that Sasuke and Orochimaru diverse a plan before heading there, resulting Karin, Suigetsu, and Orochimaru to go to the other place while Sasuke goes to the scene? Do they even think that Tsunade is or maybe even was in bad state? Is it possible that this was planned by everyone, rather than just Orochimaru and Sasuke, or did these two plan before meeting Hokages since they did talk before arriving to Konoha, which also begs the question why leave it out? Do the rest of Team Taka knows Sasuke's plan, because they were there to hear his decision, but oddly enough, Juugo still questioned him. That leaves Sasuke thinking of something else. As for Orochimaru, will he help her? Will he help her at a cost? Will he kill her? The answers to many of these questions will happen next chapter.

I don't think  that he wants from her to step down as Hokage in favor for Sasuke. Tsunade won't agree then what will Orochimaru say to her even he threats her to die ? Like if she had to agree and stepped down then it would be, when the battle is over, Sasuke will go to Konoha and sit on the Hokage seat...

 

It doesn't seem that way given it's too simple. Orochimaru wants something from her to know or get which he'll use her. That's how it seems to me.

1) still in half, slowly dying as Kages are still KO.

2) still in half, slowly dying as Kages are now back.

3) back together, thanks to Katsuyu, as Kages are back.

4) dead, but the Kages are back, though left the scene.

5) Other: _______

 

Choose one.

I dont know but i think the kages are not there, and Tsunade is still in half, but for some reason i feel that Tsunade doesnt want to continue living, she got her closure with Dan and there's nothing else that is left undone on the world.

Well we wil see that on wednesday.

Im really surprised at the number of people who think Tsunade would take Orochimarus offer if he has one to give her. Im fairly certain Tsunade would tell him to piss off and go suck on his own snake if given such an offer.

 

Considering that at her lowest she refused an offer to have her love and brother returned to her, at this stage in the game I cant see her being that weak in the slightest given she faced death against him already.

Honestly are we really trying to add two + two when speculating a possible event or we just stick on the scenarios we wish would happen with out even thinking that they might be another outcome?

It was fun when users try to tied things together without relying too much on what would be better for Naruto and Sakura while screwing other character.

It's not simply taking his offer without much talk. It's that she has to. If she's still split in too, he'll probably heal her but with a gain from her and she has to go with what he said cause she has to due to something.

Also, to me at least, even if Orochimaru heals her with no cost, I still don't trust anyone since well, it's always best to wait for the end. So yeah, not falling for another "Tobi is Madara after all!" scheme that Kishi did.

Maybe Orochimaru heals the Kages so the alliance trust him and Sasuke more, they wouldn't expect the backstabbing.

Didn't Kabuto heal Sakura before?

Didn't Orochimaru save Sai, Sakura, Yamato and Naruto from Sasuke Kirin?

Didn't Tsunade feel nostalgic when finding out Orochimaru die?

Didn't Jiraiya feelt like a failure because he could not save Orochimaru?

Didn't Sasuke thought about his team mate before he saved Karin Juugo and Sui?

 

No matter how bad a person became they will always show a soft spot when it comes to their old teammates unless the really trying to kill each other.

After mentioning all of this my point is Orochimaru will not arrive at Tsunades last moment just to see her die or to taunt her.

We should be asking ourselves why Orochimaru would want to save Tsunade instead of thinking her death will make Sakura move forward, Sakura and Naruto would comfort each other on become more close or a battle between the old Sanin vs the new Sanin would be great, I mean when a character is about to die they die the Author does not keep them in a cliff hanger for so long, I could be wrong but I don't I'm wrong about this.

 

I think it's better to think a positive for every good character instead of thinking if Tsunade dies the benefit I mention before, Sasuke becomes evil Sakura might be able to finally open her eye plus she would support Naruto for sure, Hinata is being future a lot and now she is in the front line she might die or It be nice if Kishi show us that Mito was similar to Sakura, Sai is in the Picture he could make a NS reference, Gamakishi could ask Naruto about the girlfriend thing again. Honestly at this point all I care about is Sakura and Naruto coming to terms regarding their feelings for each other, all the other stuff are pointless to me.

Hints and parallels are nice but it's time for a NS with Naruto and Sakura alone without depending on any outside influence, third party reference or opinion.
