I think that she will show feelings for Sasuke when she sees him there. Of course, not in a fan girly way cause she has stopped this since towards the end of part 1. But, she still have this main issue of leftover feelings for Sasuke. So, yeah, it's very probable that we will see something from her regarding in that way for Sasuke like thinking for a moment about these still feelings for him or something that triggers her to think. Not " Oh, what I should do to get him " and stuff.
However, there's a big possibility that she'll interact, a moment with him, and not a romantic moment as in a major SS moment with pure romantic intentions from Sakura and I don't know what from Sasuke.
She may display feelings, or not. If she did, no surprise, the girl has yet to show some till she figure out who she really loves. It's called drama.
As for Naruto, I think he'll be shocked and tries to figure out what he's doing here, probably like Sakura. Plus, of course, they'll exchange some words and maybe fight alongside against Madara.
After the war, I think Sasuke will disappear again till him, Naruto, Sakura and Kakashi, maybe other characters will join them also, rejoin for the final battle.
