It's Kishi is using Sakura to explain about WHY Naruto chased Sakura. Kishi said in the interview that Naruto never experienced love or understood about it just before the movie. Sakura's line is explaining the meaning behind Kishi's words. It's not Sakura's personal opinion. It's what the SP wants us to understand why Naruto suddenly went from Hinata to Sakura.
It's disgusting for both Naruto and Sakura really.
I really can just imagine that scene where Rin and Obito talk in that limbo realm, and Rin saying "Obito you only liked me because of your rivalry with Kakashi".

Sorry, I didn't try to make it seem like I was blaming Sakura, I was just expressing frustration with the situation as you described. SP having Sakura say that to Naruto would be disgusting, especially if SP is hypocritical enough to forget Sakura and Ino's rivalry.
