When we first meet her, she's a newly introduced Jonin taking on a team for the first time, and was heralded as one of, if not the strongest Genjtsu users in Konoha at that time, yet she's rarely been shown involved in any battles and one of the few times she was, which was against Itachi, one of her strongest Genjutsu was effortlessly jobbed. By the time we see her again, she's pregnant with Asuma's child and is made to pretty much do nothing for the entire rest of the series and also pretty much a total stay-at-home mother now, and we even see her father with that sexist view of his when she was a kid.

 

Eyup, which is tragic, since she could have been a mom and still remained a kunoichi.

I'm going to say this gaiden is better than The Last, and that's as best of a rating it's going to get as a continuation of the series.

Looking at this series by ignoring past events, I think it's just good but it's got flaws with it.

Sakura's development may have regressed but at least she still had more development than Hinata. Hinata stayed 1-dimensional throughout the entire series.

In my opinion Hinata got worse because she wouldn't change. Stubborn characters who have no depth in development erk me the wrong and makes me feels like why does the character exists?

It should be noted that switching to NS wouldn't make it good. He ended the series too soon. Left too many plot holes. Took focus away from his main character. Still, it would be worth it just to see the reaction from NH and SS, to me anyway.

Hinata is a stock character. Cute shy girl who loves the main character, double points for otakus for being the traditional Japanese wife. I don't really see a problem with this except that Kishimoto created Sakura. What was Sakura's purpose for, she wasn't Naruto love interest at the end and she wasn't Sasuke's either. She ended up a single parent in a broken house, not even a good heroine. It's like Kishimoto just created her to be a red herring and show that this is what happens to girls who like bad boys or something. Lame.

More like baby-making machine. Which doesn't even make sense since Sasuke's not interested in Sarada. Sasuke's one-time screw is a more accurate description of Sakura.

Being a baby-making machine is the pinnacle of achievement for Kunoichi! Look at how happy Ino and Temari were! They popped out kids. And look at poor, sad, spinster Tenten.

And Sakura might not even be a baby-making machine if Karin is the mother. She'll just be the caretaker of Sasuke's child whom he doesn't even care about. SS fans failed on both accounts lol.

Also, there's really nothing unique about Sakura as a heroine, to be honest.

Well Sakura is unique in that she started off like a normal bratty kid but grew into a strong heroine. And also because she wasn't 100% into Naruto at the beginning like most love interests are. This was messed up at the end of course.

Unique in the series? Or unique in general? Because there are a lot of people, heroines or no, that are just average to begin with outside of Naruto. If you're talking about within the series alone, Id agree with that.

Sarada: Realy? it looks like you know alot about my mother , when i ask the same questions to mom about you she tells me alot , its like she know you better than anyone else, but when i ask her about father she's never speak much about him and always trying to change the subject.

 

HAHAAHA now i'm daydreaming lol, i can continue that for wall of text but nah it will never happen.

I just have this feelings that somehow bolt will visit sakura and ask about naruto while sarada will ask naruto about sakura. And both of them feels weird,shock, bolt will be surprise sakura knows naruto better than his own mother hinata, and sarada will surprise naruto knows alot about her mother sakura. If sarada follow naruto on his journey to sasuke why bolt the main protagonist sons stay in konoha?

 

Lol i forgot theres no logic in this manga anymore yeah yeah.... i'm on delusions mode

or maybe she will ask Naruto about Sasuke, and of course, he will praise the uchiha, because they're awesome and Sasuke is real MC and everything revolves around him !
