For a pro NS fan I believe you stand for NH chances in the Manga way too much lol, I don't remember the last time I read a pro NS argument from You.
God relax a little and take it easy sometimes.





From the screenshots, well I just cannot believe Kishi was so damn obvious with NS in this Movie, I wish this could transfer to the Manga were it counts.

If you ask me, AzureWaters' post was pairing neutral by my interpretation. I believe that what an audience might view as teasing a ship can be viewed as a completely mundane thing used to drive the plot from the creators perspective. This isn't just applying to Kishi, but could be true for many authors of various fictional media such as TV, comics, books, animation, etc.

Please Don-kun, don't start up the "You aren't a true NS fan unless you're praising it all the time" mess.

I don't think Kishi is doing to for the money exactly, but he definitely throws pairing stuff in now again to get people excited/interested again. NS has so much already, what can he do now a days short of make them canon then and there? If Sakura were holding Naruto's hand for that while (and Naruto and Sakura showed obvious signs of reciprocation like blushing or mentioned love and the handholding was more than just a chakra pass), I think that could very well have crushed everything else and made NS darn near official.

But Kishi can't do that, not yet. He always takes a very long time to reveal obvious things even though they've so obvious. Take Minato being Naruto's father for example. How long have we technically known they were father and son? (even though there were people who denied it somehow) He still waited FOREVER to reveal that until something HUGE was happening.

Then we have Tobi being Obito. It was obvious (sometimes not as much) And Kishi waited until very recently to show that off because that's when it mattered.

Does romance really matter right now? Is there truly a NEED to pull Naruto and Sakura together officially yet? No, not really. I'm not sure when such a time will arrive, but it will someday. Problem is, until that day, Kishi has to fill in the gaps, throw people off (like with Obito), and well, I would hope he'd make it more believable but he's been failing at that lately.

At least Kishimoto made the NaruSaku moments. It helps us to realize how much he loves NaruSaku.

It made me realize he really likes Sakura, even the world is against him. There's plenty of evidences of that. As for NaruSaku, well he sure did a lot of work for it.

yo, remember that script about the movie, divided in 3 acts? Upon there was written obito's name (there was written something like "Then the masked man (Obito) attack them and move them in an alternative world..." or something.... i didn't remember very well it... you guys?

He already spoilered the identity of the masked man on that script LOOOL

I'm not convinced about Kishi teasing other pairings just for money. First of all the people who read his manga solely for the pairings isn't such a huge group that he would lose profit by not making pairing hints/moments here and there. Secondly he could just as easily use NaruSaku for the romance plot instead of all the NaruHina he's been doing lately. In fact in japan NaruHina isn't the most popular pairing-- but like I said it wouldn't make a difference even if it was. Point of fact, Kishimoto loses squat from not pandering to the pairing fans. He puts that stuff in because he wants to, plain and simple.

I highly doubt Kishimoto is motivated by money, but I think he likes to tease pairings for fun. For example, the infamous sasusai scene, or the scene where Kakashi saves Iruka from Pain. Having said that, those fan-servicey scenes aren't really the same as the the development narusaku has had, especially considering their moment is climax of the movie.

Maybe his wife is like a heavy shopper, which he has to carry all the bags. Think like that omake scene from the anime where Sakura is going left and right and Naruto has to carry all the bags, even if it's too much. It's a guy thing. Shoot, I have to do it....I hope she doesn't read this.

I agree! I mean Naruto is basically the work of his life, he will be forever remembered for this, that's why I don't think that he will damage his own work just because of money. I think he's just trying to please the fans in some way while bring some tension to the story. (just remember that while some NH moments have really occurred, Kishi never crossed the friendship line with Naruto. There is absolutely nothing from Naruto's side that might imply that he feels something beyond friendship for Hinata, at least so far.)

I think Kishi just wanted to thank the fans and the reward is to get a moment. It's not like he is changing them but just giving the fans of a gift. That's my opinion at least.

Well when he said that he did the confession scene based on the fandom reaction so i do think he's cares the most about how the fandoms will react, the movie for me was just to say that Sakura is the heroine since he "failed" with the confession on trying to despict her as it, so he made a situation were she can fight alongside Naruto and give confidence to him at the same time since he cannot draw it on the manga because of her development which is incomplete, and i fear it's going to take long.

Well the thing here is that I'm not accusing him of anything, I just saying that he most act a little more like a fan and have so fun sometimes, I notice that what if things don't go well for us or NH becomes canon mentality with him, god I wish sometimes that the teasing would come more often from the manga instead of video games, poster, Anime, movies, etc.

What I mean is that he seems like a guy who likes to be on the defense or hate to get his hope to high to later have them crushed, but my point is that he need to relax sometimes and enjoy the few things we get from Kishi at this time.

Omg new screenshots. *___* More of Naruto holding Sakura, and Sakura helping Naruto. This just keeps getting better and better! I love how they're so physically close/all touchy with each other (the most out of any two characters, by far). You can tell how incredibly comfortable they are with with each other. And Kushina teasing Naruto about Sakura zomgggg. Parental approval ftw.

Also I don't mind the ItaSaku-ness. I already knew he would be holding her like that, nbd. Naruto was the one who caught her bridal-style. Plus I kinda like ItaSaku (I like so many Saku pairings hehe). Ah, crack pairings.

And about that picture in the bottom right corner: it really does look like he's kissing her forehead! For a moment I almost thought that, if I didn't know any better. But he's just walking past her.
