The other fanbases are using their last chance excuse now. Apparently Sakura dies and Sasuke goes insane about it. Basically Naruto goes to Hinata ONLY because Sakura wasn't there instead? Great ship....

I'm just really happy because we all predicted a lot of the stuff that would happen in this chapter. This morning my NaruHina friend spoiled the chapter for me when talking about it too loud in the hallway. He said he was going to re-read it because he couldn't believe what happened. He sits beside me in 1st block so we read it together. He was the first one to tell me that Sakura would have to die and Sasuke would have to go insane about it. Unless that happens, he pretty much said that we had it won. When I got home today, I saw NaruHina fans saying the same excuse.

Went on Narutobase in 1st block as well and had him look at all the comments that went something like "I'm a NaruHina fan, but I can't see Naruto with Hinata anymore".

My life is amazing right now. This happening. I can skip tomorrow because it is award day at school. 8 days in school left now. Miami Heat game 1 of Conference Finals is tonight. Just....

I'm not sure if someone have mentioned this here too, but just a warning to you, my friends. As well as Sasuke have apologized with Karin, he must apologize with Sakura too. And this is not an theory, it MUST happen. He owe somethings to her. So, if in the future will be some scene with him saving/escorting/supporting/helping her, don't worry! It is obvious that will happen. Or at least, it is very secure to happen. But that will mean nothing but just a closure for the relationship of Sasuke and Sakura.

I fully disagree with this statement. Sasuke said so himself that he does not give a kitten what these people think of him. He's only going to apologize to people whom he cares about their opinion of him. He's done that already.

I agree that he may save/protect Sakura as a comrade/teammate, but I can't see him verbally humbling himself unless he gets a serious character make over.

Well as long as no one is able to tell how another pairing could happen i think it can be seen as confirmed.

I wont go telling people it's confirmed, but for me in my eyes... it is kind of confirmed, I just don't see how he could make NH or SS canon after that.

As for the chapter, i have nothing to say but fangirl squeals.

Not just Sakura but everyone including Naruto, i dont see an scene where he talks with everyone alone, i dont think so, there's nothing for him to talk with Sakura as a moment between two people, Sakura got 540 and so many moments and putting all together is way more than sufficient for her to move on, unless if you want her to be rejected by Sasuke again, if she has to end with someome then it's better for her to realize that for herself because Kishimoto give development to do so, the confession when she acknowledged Naruto as a better man, Sasuke murder attempts, the "great guy" thing, Sasuke's persona and so on...
That there's no necessity of the need of a conversation between them.
Not even after the Juubi.

I believe that the last shot will be when Naruto beats up Sasuke.

I said this when 615 happened but no one listened to me or paid any attention. Kishi likes to troll the fandoms, and I won't be surprised if ours gets trolled one last time as well. That being said, I can finally see in my head how this is all going to play out. And it fits together wonderfully.

Haha! The sig, to me, represents how delicate and fragile the SasuSaku relationship is at the moment. Kishi's brash and overarching style of development doesn't really match what it would take in order to fix the shattered pane of glass that is currently SasuSaku. Sasuke would have to realllllly man up and WANT to fix it or Sakura would have to nullify ALL of her character development. Nothing really fits. He can't just be like "Hay baby, I'm back I was a kitten-butt I love you." You know?
