The troll is when we think she doesnt love Sasuke anymore, suddenly she still has feelings for him.
I think along the same lines as sushi.. I saw nothing "sudden" about Sakura's feelings for Sasuke in #540. Her confession to Naruto proved the depth of her emotional conflict. That was the point -- that she still had feelings for Sasuke, but she was willing to sacrifice them for Naruto. She made a conscious choice to try to move beyond Sasuke, but she obviously still had feelings for him.
+ Naruto didn't believe she was 100% over Sasuke.
+ Sai confirmed she wasn't 100% over Sasuke.
+ If I'm not mistaken, Kishimoto said in a post-confession interview that Naruto was "close" but Sakura still loved Sasuke.
+ Karin's compassion for Sakura's emotional pain in #484 implied they had a love for Sasuke in common.
If Sakura had convincingly said she loved Naruto and none of the above points had occurred, then #540 would have been a troll. But there was plenty of evidence that Sakura's feelings for Sasuke were not resolved. So if readers got to #540 without any understanding that Sakura still had confused feelings for Sasuke, that's on them. It's not a result of Kishimoto trolling because there was no deception involved.
Sakura's confession marked a pivotal change in her focus and intentions, but not a clear and immediate resolution of her feelings for either guy. It laid the groundwork for her to truly move on from Sasuke to Naruto, and #540 was merely a reminder that she's not 100% there yet.
I dont see him making he has feelings for Hinata, or even to mislead them like he did with Sakura.
Naruto never had any kind of conflict but it's comepletely the opposite more and more he enforced Naruto's love even after the Pain's arc showed that it was really a big deal not just a kind of childish crush.
I can agree with this completely, though. Kishimoto has been consistent with Hinata's feelings for Naruto, but at the same time he has been very careful not to show any moment that can be construed as romantic feeling on Naruto's part. Not a single thought bubble, glance, nothing -- and that includes #615.
Meanwhile, Naruto's romantic feelings for Sakura have been consistent throughout the story, confirmed by at least one other character, and clearly reinforced multiple times.
A required element of trolling is intentional deception. I have seen no evidence that Kishimoto has intentionally deceived his audience with the pairings. Made readers wonder about the pairings? Yes. Deliberately deceived them on the details? No.
Other than knowing I run the risk of wanting to HULKSMASH something at the sight of him?

I assume you're asking because of his potential influence on NS...? No, I'm not afraid of his return. Even if there is more romantic confusion and angst ahead because of him, it's part of the deal. If NS is going to happen, we can't get there without Sasuke's return and whatever part he's going to play in the resolution.
