Like you I do believe that it's way to early to call a pairing canon before the other aspect of the love triangle parties feelings are resolved, I remember Naruto stating earlier that he hates people who lie to themselves, him suddenly loving Hinata will makes him fickle and really dishonest person since you cannot love a new person when you never thought about moving on from your first love or worse seen this new person in a romantic light.
This is also the main reason why I never thought that Sakura stop loving Sasuke, I only believed that their would be a time when she thought about their history together and make a choice, with Naruto I aspect the same not only for him to thought about Sakura but also Hinata not just fall in love with her out off nowhere, this is also why I call it a big NH boost when it comes to pairing.
After RTN and it ways it was presented while I might acknowledge the other pairing moment, I still think NS will be the end game, I could be wrong since this is Kishi I'm talking about, but I do feel that it's way to early to call a pairing canon and the ones that are bragging about it might get their dreams shattered is good to be civil until the facts are clear and their is no doubt.
Thank you! Nice to see you on here too.

I agree with you that before any pairings can become cannon, we need to see from all sides of the board. Naruto still hasn't had a chance to confess his feelings for Sakura, which he stated that he can't do until he saves Sasuke. We also haven't been given a clear picture as to what Sakura's feelings are. We know she still loves Sasuke, but could her feelings have changed? What are her feelings for Naruto at this point in the manga? I think that her reaction panel is something that we should pay attention to in this chapter. Unlike Hinata, she wasn't smiling while watching another woman holding Naruto. She was shocked. Granted, we don't know the specific reason why she looked shocked, but going by where the panel is placed, it has something to do with Hinata's interaction with Naruto.
NaruHina had a boost with this chapter, but I don't feel like it's the end game yet. This is going to lead into something much bigger, whether that's more NH development or something completely different.... Kishimoto is a troll, you know.

If he changes editors because of divergence of opinions then it means he won't let no one tell him what to do which is a good thing.

No matter what you say we will be together, nice but then she says Not only me we will all be together this time.
The only reason why I cannot believe that NH is canon yet, was because the Romantic atmosphere wasn't there, you didn't sense that unease feelings from Naruto regarding Hinata's feelings it just seem too casual. Not even her I love you part with a genuine smile from Naruto
Two key point when a pairing is being made cannon by the Author.
The build up to that moment from the person who being loved possible change of heart, while not taking out his main love interest out of the picture show them being more like just friend a nothing else.
You don't show the main character love interest who happen to shown to have feelings for same main character, while having her in two occasions show her discomfort and later a shocked expression for the guy who loves her possible loving someone else, worst when she was questions about her feelings and wanting to protect the main character to avoid him keep hurting himself while telling him that only she know what her feelings for him are.

I don't understand why some people say narusaku has lost...it's not like naruhina became canon. They did have a moment, but it didn't exactly made nh canon. In my opinion it was more of a developing for Hinata. People shouldn't be so negative, cheer up (:
Although, I gotta say that all of this Hinata spotlight is bothering me (since I've never had a liking towards her

This.
We already discussed this on Skype but I truly feel that Hinata is gonna be what pushes Sakura into the realization that Naruto is it for her. Maybe she'll realize that she could possibly lose Naruto as a potential lover. Kishi's withholding Sakura for a reason here, and it's pretty obvious. I'm sooooooo anxious to see where he's gonna go with her that it's frustrating to wait. Sakura's reaction should of had some dialogue IMO.

I'm actually happier about the situation because I know soon Hinata will be on the wayside again. There's a bright side to all of this!

No matter if Kishi is trolling or not, he's overtrolling. Overtrolling the fanbase does not make a good product, this is a shounen series which would've been much better without all the cheesiness. I mean..."Naruto's hand is warm", "I'll never let go" D:
consolation

Sakura also slappped Naruto back to reality, although she didn't get any epic speech, or situation. I mean seriously, he almost lost his ninjaway this chapter. He'll always remember Hinata as the one who snapped him back, this is a bigger deal than a genjutsu.

LOL That's because she doesn't need an epic speech. Just give him that warm look and he'll know, though I know where you're coming from because I thought about how Sakura could top all of this crap that he's done for Hinata. In just 2 chapters, she's cheered him up, and risked her life again for him. While it took some stupid crap for this to happen. I.E. Hinata not even trying to deflect the giant thorn, and Naruto losing all hope onceeee againnnn.

If it makes you feel better, the "I'll never let go" was just the editor's note.

Although I complete agree - this chapter was dripping with cheese. It felt like a fanfiction...

Don't worry. Their bond didn't truly deepen...Hinata said some words of encouragement, no different from Neji and Itachi and Jiraiya and all the other people who have told him the same thing. Naruto has had many people in his life that have encouraged him at weakened moments. But Sakura was the first. And nothing changes that. She has been there the longest. Unfailingly.
What happened with Hinata this chapter was just as one-sided as it's always been. Naruto certainly wasn't thinking "Her hand is so soft and small in mine.... It helps me forget that the corpse of my friend is growing cold behind me.... Let's fght together!!" lol! But seriously, for a bond to deepen it takes both sides. Hinata is encouraging of him outwardly, while still crushing on him inwardly, but Naruto isn't registering any of that. He's taking her hand to transfer chakra.
Anyway, your post sounded so sad - hope this helps maybe!

Although I complete agree - this chapter was dripping with cheese. It felt like a fanfiction...
Was it?! The text outside the panel on the last page? That's sneaky. I thought it looked strange.
And yeah, seeing it unfold was like a bad fanfic plot.

Again NS does not need a moment to top NH that was the whole purpose of part two and their development, to me this is just a feelings to one up on NH to get back at them, while I agree with other saying that Sakura should be shown as the story heroine, when it comes to NS she only need to be sad about possible losing Naruto to someone else but try to be happy for him and also feel some regretted of pushing Naruto away, This will also fit with the fact that if Naruto confess to Sakura she will believe that he deserves better while Naruto will tell her she is the best thing ever happen to him and restore her spirit/self esteem.
Naruto and Sakura don't need a big romantic moment between them, just Sakura receiving that push from a NH possibility for her true acceptance of her feelings for Naruto.
Apart from haven her shine in this arc this will also make her hater back off her confession while their acknowledge that she really had feelings for Naruto back them but did not feel deserving of them(the fool is in love with me) , does it make NS canon? No, because dispute this declaration NH can still be canon, but one thing is sure is that if NH or NS becomes canon non will look like rebound anymore.

It sure was! I thought it was weird placement for text, considering it's outside of all of the panels, and it doesn't really flow well with Hinata's thoughts. Turns out it was nothing to be worried about at all. Somebody confirmed it's just the editor's note near the top of page 32.
