I have a very good guess that the part Kishi didn't like from 573 is what Hinata said about Naruto, especially the part of "Holding his hand and walking with him."

Now that would explain her actions that is begging for a decline in respect.

Do you guys know Orkut? There is a community called Naruto & Sakura Lovers and we discussed that subject there. So one of the members lives in Japan for years (he does even have a blog about how is life there) and he confirmed that the note about Kishi's injured hand is true. He said that his assistants and chief-editor took responsability for some chapters because Kishi couldn't even draw the script. That information was in a note in recent WSJ issue.
I know that maybe some will remain skeptical about it, but we trust him. Especially because he doesn't care a lot about shipping.

Maybe Kishi will change the chapter(s) for the volume release then.

Again, lets see a scan of that note. Because even if Kishimoto couldn't draw it he would tell his assistants what to draw and he would have to approve it before it was sent to Jump. Also I see the story has changed where this note supposedly appeared...

And yes Ani, if Kishimoto didn't like how a chapter appeared in Jump he absolutely will change it for the manga volume. (He's done it multiple times: from as little as adding small details to one image, to cleaning up rushed sketchy images on a page, to changing dialogue on a page, and to as much as adding whole pages to a chapter.) and that note, if it exists, should definitely appear in the next manga volume (60)- due to be published in Japan on May 5. It will also, if it exists, be in the English edition when it is published around January 2013.

I'm a narusaku shipper because I am certain it is canon, but I'm not going to believe a story like this without absolute proof because it just doesn't fit with how mangaka work on chapters.

this is the problem i do not live on japan and neither u, my friend has membership because he has a japanese friend that bought for him, so the problem is i dont see him often and he dont care about shipping and he dont like people who shipper narusaku and naruhina or whatever.
he dont care about it but it's true and kishi didnt had time he was busy , hehad to made more mangas to viabilize another naruto's game for PSP Vita and had to make the script for the movie 6.
if he asked to make a chapter without changing the original story .

Eh, even if Kishi was letting an editor draw one or two of his chapters, I'm pretty sure he'd give whoever the specifics of what he wants, and then he'd look over it for himself. I doubt there is any material that he doesn't personally want or approve of.
